Very slow, unmotivated staff. The barista seemed to start my cappuccino, pulled the espresso shot, then walked away to chat on the phone - leaving it to cool and never adding milk. I was the only person waiting at the pickup counter; he could have finished my drink before taking the call.

Management should address training and basic service standards.

We really enjoyed the cappuccino and cafe-mocha , having the Indigo attached is a nice bonus.

Great matcha with lots of syrup options ! Good menu and sweet selection. Food was just okay. Nice atmosphere and good to support canadian businesses !

Always a great stop for coffee. They have consistently good drinks and fun seasonal beverages. I have not tried the food yet, but there is a nice selection of breakfast, lunch, and pastry options to grab and go. The seating is comfortable, and I like that you can pour your own water. It is the perfect place to grab a coffee and then wander through Indigo.

We recently visited Good Earth Coffeehouse on Yonge & Wellesley and were thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with comfortable seating, reliable Wi-Fi, and a relaxed vibe that made it an ideal spot to unwind or catch up.
We tried a variety of drinks — the Yuzu Pineapple Tea Lemonade was refreshingly bright and perfectly balanced, the iced Americano was smooth and bold without bitterness, and the iced matcha latte was creamy and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and carefully prepared.
It’s clear this coffeehouse is run by someone who truly cares about the experience of their customers. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for exceptional drinks and a welcoming environment.

It’s truly an amazing place to go, with the book store right next door and a washroom plus a plethora of options to choose from for hot and iced beverages. Definitely a place worth checking out when you’re done buying books or finished a movie. It’s much homier than a Tim Hortants yet cheaper than Starbucks. A perfect combination to start a beautiful morning.

It was sort of disappointing when visited today July 25 @ 4:25 and first impression was one giant “Flies” dancing on Chocolate Scone and then when asked Cuppuccino with art for daughter but it was without Art… and lastly when seated , the desk was dirty and not cleaned.
Very disappointing.. Sorry 😢
