I mean, it’s just a huge let down.

I know what good oxtail is, I know what good rice is, and I know what good coleslaw is. This is none of that.

The rice was really, really bad!
It was over cooked, undercooked, soggy, clumpy and flavourless and did not absorb any of the gravy from the oxtail.

The coleslaw, or what I assume to be coleslaw? Was completely flavourless and had no sauces or seasoning or any attempt at all to make it taste good it was just cut vegetables.

Yes, the oxtail fell off the bone, but no, the oxtail was not flavorful, and the gravy was pretty watery.

$27 For a meal couldn’t even get halfway through. I had to go to another nearby restaurant and spend even more money to actually get something worth eating.

I love love, love, supporting family own businesses. Maybe I came at a really really really bad time. I’d be open to give it another shot, but not if it’s like this.

Just another thing to note the TVs play the same thing at the same time, but the audio is a second off on one of the TVs so it’s just a really awful echo.

I had a very disappointing experience. The staff member at the counter (working the evening shift) was extremely rude and spoke without respect.

Went in yesterday and customer service was zero. I asked a simple question and he answered very rudely, food was mid and jerk chicken was very salty “ probably yesterdays leftovers” . Wouldn’t recommend

I walked into this place today to place a catering order for Sunday for about 20 people. There was already a group ahead of me placing their order, so while waiting, I decided to go use the washroom.

That’s when the waiter stopped me and aggressively asked where I was going. In front of everyone, he arrogantly told me I had to buy something before using the washroom. I calmly explained that I was waiting for the group ahead to finish and would place my order right after. His response? “I don’t want any arguments.”
This was extremely disrespectful and showed zero sense of customer service. Are the washrooms part of some luxury resort where you need to buy a pass? Absolutely ridiculous.
Congrats to the restaurant—you just lost an order worth 20 people over a simple washroom break. Totally unprofessional and absurd.

Most liked restaurant of me ( worst )

I ordered masala dosa from here through Uber Eats. When it arrived, my sister-in-law and I started eating it. Near the end, we found an insect inside the dhosa.To confirm, I cut it a little and blood started coming out of. We called to report it, but they only talked about giving a refund. And also saying us to come and get the money.
