Great restaurant with a family feeling level of service. The restaurant formerly known as Jambo was rebranded to Jijo’s Kitchen & Grill. The restaurant has a large selection of food options specializing in Sudanese, Eritrean and Somalian cuisines. I had the foul, beef suqqar, and injera and tibs with milk tea. All of it tasted great and was reasonably priced. Food is completely halal. Note: restaurant does serve peanut/nut products so inform the server when ordering.

I will definitely go there again. Don’t judge the book by it’s cover! The restaurant has very dim lighting and old furnitures, which wasn’t appealing to me when I first walked in. However, the quality of the food here shocked me.10/10 for visual. Goat meat was so tender and the flavors of both dishes were on point. Food arrived fast. The portions were generous. The staff was very kind and friendly too.
