This location has definitely stepped it up. Had a few bad experiences here before.. but cant get rid of that KFC itch so I gave this location another shot. Staff member Pooja has excellent customer service skill.. was created with a smile.. I ordered extra sauce on the side and she noticed there wasn't enough sauce in the cups.. so she sent them back and made sure they were full.. not a big deal to most but makes a big difference when you go home with full cups of sauce lol...
I went to this location yesterday. Got a 10 piece chicken bucket with 3 sides plus I also got the fries. Expensive at 51.00 total but the service was quick and fast, and the food was good! The lady at the front was friendly and quick. Was out of there in 15 minutes.
Food is good and now has options of halal chicken as well though I couldn't find a certificate authenticating this. Kitchen staff are not habitual of wearing gloves and head coverings while preparing food and only use that on your demand. Hope Fischer Hallman branch will take notice of it.
Parking: As there are more businesses in plaza and specially Superstore hence have plenty of parking around.
