We requested meal to be freshly made, they asked us to wait for 6 mins. After six mins we were served cold burger. Had to drive back to replace it! They didn’t even give us the dip for the popcorn. Funny that even cheese was over at 4:00 pm?
Waste of time! In case you are in a hurry find another branch.

$60 and the meal was totally inedible. First, it had obviously been sitting there a long time because the steam created moisture in the bucket, and everything was soggy. But half the pieces didn't even have breading, and a lot of what had breading was all falling off. It was all falling apart. It sincerely looked as if each piece of chicken was drop kicked before it was put in the bucket. I could only take a few pictures because the texture of actually touching the pieces of chicken was absolutely revolting.

The bucket that I ordered was great, however I was supposed to get a free bucket of tenders with it and it wasn't there. I don't know if it was a problem with the app or with the employees but that's pretty unfair advertising free tenders and then submitting the order then just never getting it.

Waiting well over 1hr with small kids for a single order. No indication it would take this long. Outrageous.
No compensation. Never again.
During our wait, the store FILLED with upset customers.

I ordered a pick up and I was told to wait for 15 minutes for my order. I waited on my car and 20 minutes later I was told to wait another 10 minutes. Customer service is horrible!!

Absolutely incapable of making your food on time past about 8pm. It's actually embarrassing at this point. I've even been forgotten in my car before for 20 minutes for an order I've already paid for... and that was supposed to be ready 10 minutes before I arrived. Just don't bother with this location, you'll sit in the parking lot for longer than your drive anywhere else might be. Not worth it.

Perfectly cooked chicken, everything I ordered was in the bag! Staff were so polite and nice. Clean establishment! The staff on this shift were not Indian international students tonight I guess that’s why everything was perfect lol. I’m Indian and I can tell the difference. It’s like night and day

Stood at the counter today for 10 minutes while the two ladies working laughed and joked in the back in Hindi...a car came to the drive through and was immediately served and left, staff looked at me standing at the counter waiting, did not acknowledge me nor say anything, and went back to chatting with her coworker, a few minutes later i walked out because obviously they arent interested in working....im pretty confused and i am sure that KFC simply doesn't condone any of what happened today.

Purpose Filled

I felt bad for the poor employees, 2 of them serving many in a span of 30 mins, they were taking both online orders, drive through and walk in.

At least during promotions they should hire an extra person. So one person can attend the front, while the other 2 can cook and bring the food to the front, or at least pay them more. The employees are great and hardworking but the owner could do a better job. How can you enjoy the meal while you watch others struggling?
