The atmosphere was vibrant and colourful, instantly giving the impression that this is one of the top doughnut shops around. The space feels fun, inviting, and full of personality.
The doughnuts were an easy 5/5—beautifully made with great colour and even better taste. My favourite was the raspberry white chocolate doughnut. If you love the combination of white chocolate and fruity flavours, this one is a must-try.
The customer service was excellent as well. The person at the front welcomed us as soon as we walked in, asked if we had been there before, and took the time to walk us through the different flavours, which made the experience even better.
Overall, a great spot with amazing doughnuts, a fun atmosphere, and friendly service. Highly recommend.

I ordered online delivery for today. Free delivery and a very convenient option to choose the delivery date in advance. The special donuts Sufganiyah were amazing — soft dough, plenty of filling, and a delicious jam that’s not too sweet. We loved them! Thank you ☺️

My kids and I went in for the free ice-cream. The lady behind the counter was super sweet. The gentlemen outside who had a stand and tent outside the store were kind and they even asked if we wanted free books to take home. Such an amazing group of staff. Highly recommend.

I was going to be by Lady Glaze later in the day so I figured I would order my donuts since I they would probably have little to no donuts by the time I got there. I ended up having a friend pick up my donuts and by the time I got them the shop was closed. I had ordered 3 donuts but I opened the box to fine there were only two donuts! Of the donuts I ordered only one was correct or at least like the picture I ordered from their website. The second was similar but more simple than the one I had ordered and the third and most expensive one was just not there. As someone who has worked in food service my entire adult life and had taken and fulfilled much more complicated ordered than 3 donuts, I just don't understand how they could even be bothered to call me to see if they could replace it with something else or even offer a simple refund. I have to hope that this was just a mistake someone got distracted and forgot to go back and finish my order.
