This is the second time now I've been disappointed. 2wks ago I ordered pepperoni cheesy puffs and they made me a pepperoni pizza. I walked out. Today, I ordered again. Told 10min on the phone, gave them 15. Showed up and still not ready. Kid said another 2min. 6min later I finally got my order. Well done and no sauce inside. Do better.

I ordered a build yourself pizza. Supposed to include chicken and feta cheese. It didn’t. Driver dropped it on doorstep without notifying us but said it handed it to us. Pizza lukewarm at best. We ate the pizza before it got colder. Called customer service about missing items. They wanted a picture before they would credit us. More or less telling us we are liars. Gave us 15% for cold pizza. Told them I wanted full credit for the pizza. Said she would submit and someone would get back to me. Still waiting since Oct 31. This is pathetic customer service and they have seen the last of our business.
Just to follow up, I never ever got the 15% credit they committed to and it is now February 12
I bght a classic pepperoni (for $7.99 that comes in medium). The portion and topping was generous. I had ordered for pick up and the gentleman in cashier was very prompt. Great deal and good service.

What happened to this location?? I really miss seeing the local students working here. The guy working there today….I don’t know if he’s a manager imposter or what but he was rude when I ordered and also when I picked up my order as well. Did this location change owners?? Will not be ordering from here again and highly not recommended. The quality of the pizza has declined. Not what it use to be!!!
