Please do better. If youre going to charge for extra sauce, and keep people waiting in the drive through you have to make sure you put them in the bag. Im not the kind of person to complain often but this is a repeated problem when visiting this location. From side mayo, to extra dips for nuggets you guys need to start doing better. I do not want to start making repeated phonecalls every time somethings forgotten but I will start if I have to.

I do not usually complain nor post reviews, but this one has to be known and said. My daughter and I were at the sunrise center location in kitchener Sunday Aug 3 2025 at 934 am. We recieved our food at 953 am. It was the worse service I ever had. The store was busy, which is to be expected. It's breakfast time. That I can understand the long wait , which was 18 min exact.( My daughter ordered a breakfast sausage and bacon wrap, she recieved part breakfast wrap part chicken wrap with lettuce on it and put togther grossly. She diid not even really eat it. She had to de lettuce it to eat it ) . What I can NOT except or tolerate is poor hygiene. The lady making the drinks and expediting the food. ( FAITH ) decided ( keep in mind making our drinks and others at the time ) to take a cell phone call. She had placed it on her shoulder and continued to talk on phone and make drinks. About 2 min on phone, she took the phone off her shoulder ( holding a coffee cup in other hand) she held phone up to make sure it was hung up. She then put it in her pocket. She DID NOT wash her hands directly after touching said phone. She continued on the drink orders and expedite the orders. I have been a manager in the food industry for over 20 years. This is NOT acceptable in any shape or form. I have never been so discussed in my life. Cell phones are the dirtiest and most bacterial and contaminated things out there. The store itself was filthy and every table was dirty and gross. My daughter and I walked around it to see if we could find a somewhat clean table. I was going to speak to her, but there was so many guests and everyone was waiting so long for their food, I decided I will NEVER go there again. I will also make sure my family never does either.

Anisha went above and beyond and rectified a situation that was created by DoorDash when they failed to provide what was ordered and gave cold food and dumped drinks. She offered to replace the order at no cost to me and stated that it wasn’t their first complaint about DoorDash but they would fix it and still give a refund

Today, at 21:30 I placed an order for a medium coffee with two milk.
The coffee is so diluted that there's no favor other than hot water and milk. I kindly asked the staff (skinny gentleman with navy blue dress shirt) to make me another one because this cup taste like hot water and milk. He said it's not possible. So I asked him to taste it. Also, I mentioned that the color of coffee is not right.
The gentleman pretending he's making another pot But I saw he was using another next to the previous pot. This one wasn't diluted as the first one but it taste so bad. I couldn't wait and need to leave since my leg was hurting. And I have another two hours drive.
This place can't get a single coffee right. I've been drinking McDonald's coffee three times almost 10 years. This is the worst coffee.
McDonald's head office, I sincerely encourage you to take a look at this store and ensure that place isn't serving customer diluted coffee.

I paid for 3 large fries and was given 3 large containers filled half way. Was told to walk back and get my refund for at least 2 manager says no her staff wouldn't do it , it was 100% thier staff they're rude and rip people off please check all items before leaving disgusted in the lack of customer service. I was also accused of eating all 3 on my way home , my daughter has a disability and I also had bags of groceries at no point would that have been possible. I wish they hired people who knew how to talk to people. As well for the prices being charged proper portions should be served.

I will be raising hell in person next time down, wish i had checked the burger before I left, could have gotten food poisoning from these fools.

One of the stores whose service is really bogus, i placed the order and a girl on the counter served to the person who placed anp order after me. I would say go to another store if the service is such a low level. Management should take a action against her for a bad service.

The worst McDonald’s ever been to! I ordered two Firecracker McCrispy Burgers at this location and the lady staff present first told us that there are no Jalapeños and we will have to do with Crispy Onions in the burger instead. We had no choice but to accept that but when we received the burger it was so sweet and the buns were burnt to the core, we could feel the burnt taste in our mouth. For our fries we asked for ketchup because they had no cups for the ketchup dispenser. We had to wait more than our order time to get few packs of ketchup. When I asked a male staff where the ketchup was, he looked so lost and the lady who told us there were no Jalapeños gave us the packets after a very long time. Never ever coming back to this location be very wary when you grab something to eat here!
