I paid for 3 large fries and was given 3 large containers filled half way. Was told to walk back and get my refund for at least 2 manager says no her staff wouldn't do it , it was 100% thier staff they're rude and rip people off please check all items before leaving disgusted in the lack of customer service. I was also accused of eating all 3 on my way home , my daughter has a disability and I also had bags of groceries at no point would that have been possible. I wish they hired people who knew how to talk to people. As well for the prices being charged proper portions should be served.

Was there not 20 minutes ago, got a quarter cheese with extra pickles. Burger was dry, cold and the buns? THE BUNS WERE ROCK HARD. where do yall get off serving day old burgers?? Ridiculous. I will be raising hell in person next time down, wish i had checked the burger before I left, could have gotten food poisoning from these fools.

One of the stores whose service is really bogus, i placed the order and a girl on the counter served to the person who placed anp order after me. I would say go to another store if the service is such a low level. Management should take a action against her for a bad service.

The worst McDonald’s ever been to! I ordered two Firecracker McCrispy Burgers at this location and the lady staff present first told us that there are no Jalapeños and we will have to do with Crispy Onions in the burger instead. We had no choice but to accept that but when we received the burger it was so sweet and the buns were burnt to the core, we could feel the burnt taste in our mouth. For our fries we asked for ketchup because they had no cups for the ketchup dispenser. We had to wait more than our order time to get few packs of ketchup. When I asked a male staff where the ketchup was, he looked so lost and the lady who told us there were no Jalapeños gave us the packets after a very long time. Never ever coming back to this location be very wary when you grab something to eat here!

I was there today around 12:30 pm There was only one girl standing and taking care of taking the orders, preparing the food, and serving customers.. and all done with a smile! What a lovely lady, she deserves a raise

Had a really pleasent experience , as culturally we are prohibited to comsume certain meat and ADITI was really kind and helpful in changing an order for me that i had mistakenly ordered , she went out of her way to prepare the order for me amazing customer service .

we have ordered a tea with milk and honey they gave us just a decoction and not even a stirrer for mixing honey
Went in to pick up a couple of drinks. For some reason my app will not work in Walmart McDonald's. Showed the person behind the counter that I have the app and it will not work they insisted I pay full price would not give me the deal after making the drinks. Will not be shopping there again and I live just up the street. You need staff who have common sense

Went to order food at 9:55 pm and the lady said they could only serve drinks now because they were “closing up” they close at 11pm. I understand starting to close up like 10 or even 30 minutes before close but not being able to serve food over an hour before close is absolutely ridiculous

McDonald’s needs to bar this location from doing delivery. I have twice received incorrect or incomplete orders from this location. Nobody here does quality control before sending out the orders. When you send the food out make sure to check what was ordered is in the bag.
