Front attendant lady service was such a pathetic. I cant expect this from Mr. SUB. May be I would try another Mr. Sub next time to have my meal.

Service was good and the people are extremely courteous. In terms of being sanitary, I'm not so sure. The staff do wear gloves but they do not appear to change them between orders. While, I can appreciate the attempt to remain clean (and keep costs down, therefore keeping customer costs down), this does not prevent cross contamination between orders, which may cause issues when people have food allergies.

Again the staff seem to be great, polite and willing to help, so I'll definitely give them another shot.

I was getting home from work late and my wife called to ask if I'd stop and grab subs. I looked at the time and replied they close in 15 mins but I'll try. So I stopped in at Doon location in Kitchener. I walked in at 945pm they close that night at 10:00pm. I was greeted by a young lady named (Gravinder my deepest apologies if I misspelled her name.) My first words out of my mouth were I'm so sorry I know you close soon but could I grab two quick subs. She kept telling me no worries sir. No worries at all. But being in retail I know the feeling an employee gets when a customer walks in near close. She made our subs to perfection all the while chatting me up while working away. I was in and out in less the 10mins. Who ever the owner is they need to give this young lady a substantial raise in pay. You have a golden employee that most owners/managers would kill for. Treat her well so she doesn't leave as employees like here are exceeding hard to find. Great work and will definitely be back again.

If I wanted ti get ripped off and treated like an animal I'd go to subway. Mr subs usually are great. The owner is cheap rude, felt a bit racist. Will never come here again. Should have the franchise come in and re teach them how to run a business.

Sloppy sub, was in a rush assembling it for no reason. Nobody was inside … and very unfair with the meat. Not the Mr.sub culture I have been going to for 20+ years. Do better Mr Plaid shortsThe other Mr subs around town will take care of you way better.

I went there in the afternoon rush hour. There was a mid aged lady working she could be the owner i think. She was so rude. She had no apron on she just had the orange regular t shirt with some random tight leggings no dress code and her hair was open in a pony tail. The way she flips her hair eww that was disgusting, i was afraid that she probably would shatter her hair in food. Even though she was so rude no smile on face. I had never experienced that worst service in my life. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Since they changed owners they have been very cheap with the chicken portions. When I mentioned it to the owner instead of providing a response or solution he goes to argue with me about it I should've taken a picture.. never coming back to this Mr sub
