Worst Experience Ever! I went to Mr. Sub and simply asked to use their washroom, but the staff said I’m not allowed to use it—even though it’s their own washroom. This is really disappointing. I’ve never seen such an unhelpful attitude before. It’s sad to see people not supporting others in simple situations. Definitely not a good experience at all.

I visited this restaurant to have ice cream, and I noticed a sign that mentioned the washroom is for customers only. Since I was a paying customer, I went to use the washroom, but the owner made an unpleasant gesture to stop me from using it. This made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect, but unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing.

Very disappointed …Order a sub online to be picked up at a certain timeand it was soggy when I got it home . which took me two minutes to get home. and when I opened it, it was not even on the bread. It was just everywhere.

I only eat at Mr Sub and this is by far the worst location. The bread was squished, they used different meat and less than other locations and they handle money and then food with the same gloves. I will not return to this location.

Service was good and the people are extremely courteous. In terms of being sanitary, I'm not so sure. The staff do wear gloves but they do not appear to change them between orders. While, I can appreciate the attempt to remain clean (and keep costs down, therefore keeping customer costs down), this does not prevent cross contamination between orders, which may cause issues when people have food allergies.
Again the staff seem to be great, polite and willing to help, so I'll definitely give them another shot.
