After a nice dinner at Beertown we decided to stop at Nougat for a coffee and a sweet treat. We hat a mistake! The elderly woman serving us was absolutely rude! After 2 other customers entered she asked us to not let anyone else in. When we giggle she told us she wasn’t being funny. Then she went on to say that it’s been a long day, she has worked 9 hours and hates her job….Really??? That’s how you serve people? Rude. Rude. Rude.
Awful customer service and bad business etiquette.
The worst customer service ! I was literally overcharged 28$ and even when presenting the receipt the lady who is there every day mon-fri tried to deny it and said it must have been MY mistake. Only after 15 minutes of arguing, presenting the receipt/banking statement and me threatening to call the police did she refund it.. and did so with a rude, entitled attitude. She did not even apologize and instead insisted it must've been my mistake.
