Ordered pizza but apparently their oven wasn't working, although I think it had to do with one person working. Service was OK.

My favourite spot to get a drink in KW I always get awesome service from Bree and the rest of the team.

100% Great place to watch NASCAR race. The TV screens are huge and Bri made me feel very welcome.

Hosted an employee appreciation event at Players in Kitchener and the event was an outstanding success. Stewart and his team at Players were wonderful. The facility, rental clubs, food and beverages were all top notch. We rented the whole space for our group of 55 employees. I would highly recommend Players for private bookings.

Really disappointed to find out that the rules changed and you need a valid drivers license to use the F1 simulators. My son is 14 and drives real go karts, and we have a more basic simulator at home. Why would you need a drivers license to play a video game?

We had a lot of fun the first times we used the simulators in 2024. Not sure why this ridiculous rule was put in place.

They have awesome staff that makes that place awesome.

Sneh & Kasey were absolutely amazing at serving my wife and myself. They seriously made our night from our experience in the F1 simulator to our food and drinks. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Not our regular spot but we usually pop in once or twice a year. Seems a lot different, place was practically empty on a Saturday in the middle of busy season. It was pitch black and looked like a strip club, playing weird music nobody seemed to be vibing to. There was only one employee in the whole place trying to cook, bartend, and serve customers simultaneously? The food and drink menu didn't really appeal to us, and seems unreasonably expensive. Not too sure what happened here but this place used to be packed. The golf simulators are actually pretty good but I don't think we will be back.

Great time had at the super bowl. Great package deals. Would do it again.

Great atmosphere and staff - the two gentlemen who work Monday evenings (their names escape me) are a pleasure to deal with every time I come in. Their Monday prices are unbeatable. 10/10
