I ordered pizza from this location this afternoon and when speaking to the staff over the phone, I inquired if they have salami and if it was halal to which they responded yes. Once the order was picked up and brought home, I noticed that it was not the regular circular salami used but square pieces so I called the location back. Once I asked if their salami was halal, the staff spoke in his language to ask someone else and then said “one second” muted himself and then came back saying it is not halal. So I explained what the issue with my order and he was adamant that I never asked if it was halal although he says he wasn’t the person who took my order. He also states that the system shows I never inquired but what system is this? This staff refused to replace the pizza and stated to wait till Wednesday to speak with the manager for a pizza I ordered on Monday?? After a lengthy conversation going back and forth, we settled on a small pizza and I took a loss. What surprised me was when I went to pick up the pizza. This staff was making pizza with rings, bracelet and watch which is definitely a contamination hazard. This staff also went into his back pocket to use his phone midst making pizza. I did let this staff know that I will be getting hold of the manager in regard to his poor customer service skills and lack of properly handling food.
While i was waiting for my pizza, there was another gentleman inside doing the same but it was clear he had some disagreements with what he ordered vs what he was being charged for. The Staff were incredibly polite with him and one of them even took extra steps to ensure he left in a relatively good mood. It's clear that this team at this location understands the value of customer service. I love the food here, and seeing the staff handle that shows me that i can always rely on them if any issues ever come up in the future with an order of mine. I'd give 6 stars if i could. but 5 Stars all around for this location.

We ordered the special of 2 medium pizza's with 3 toppings, we also ordered 2 of the potato wedges to be delivered, it arrived exactly at the time we requested, the guy who delivered the items was very friendly, the food was piping hot & exactly what we ordered, the pizza & wedges taste was excellent also slices cut evenly, what can we say the best we have had so far. We would absolutely recommend Pyramid Pizza & Wings, thanks so much guy's, we will be back.

Chicken wings were way over cooked on top of my order being wrong they are not willing to do anything for the inconvenience, been ordering atleast twice a week will not return after the way they blow off any mistakes and the customer service is awful 10.99 is a rip off for burnt chicken
