I guess I came at a bad time because that was one of the worst pizza & wing experiences I ever had. Ordered the 2 large pizzas and 2 pounds of wings “deal”, one with green pepper, Italian sausage, and mushroom which I guess green pepper translates to covering the whole thing with green OLIVES… Felt like it was all thrown together as fast as possible with no care and pizza was cold by the time I drove home which was just down the street. The wings tasted like they were fried with either old or burnt oil and some were not even edible. Wish I saved my $55 and gone somewhere else to treat my family.

Usually good pizza , one time I got two pizzas that had little to no sauce on them I asked for a refund when I brought them back to the store and they flat-out refused ,was not happy threw the pizza out down 25 bucks,sucks to be me!!!

Usually very friendly staff but this time felt different when I walked in and I’m not sure why. Then when I saw them drop one of my wings on the floor and hoped I didn’t see it, I felt very uneasy. I didn’t ask for them to re-fire the order to make it full and the staff did not let on that anything was wrong. This was only the second time that I have ordered wings and I had to ask them to exchange the sauce as they had given me honey garlic and I had ordered medium. They checked the receipt to ensure that I was correct and apologized for the error. This was not a big deal to me but it felt a little sloppy compared to usual. I also did not like the flavour of the medium sauce and that was disappointing as the wings were pretty good. I really like the pizza from here and staff is usually very attentive

The pizza at the location on OttawaSt. & Westmount Rd., is always delicious, hot, & fresh. I think it's one of the best tasting pizzas in Kitchener. However, I am extremely frustrated with the lack of attention given to my delivery instructions. The last 2 times I've ordered pizza for delivery, I specifically asked for the pizzas to be brought to the back door of the house, yet they were left at the front door. VERY frustrating

Their pizza is perfection — crispy on the outside, soft inside, with generous toppings and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. You can tell they don’t cut corners. And the wings? Crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Whether you go for hot, honey garlic, or BBQ, every bite is a win.
What really sets them apart is their consistency, friendly staff, and super fast service, especially for takeout or WhatsApp orders. The daily deals make it affordable, and the portions are awesome.
If you’re in Waterloo and haven’t tried Pyramid Pizza & Wings yet, you’re seriously missing out. This place deserves 100 stars — easy.

We ordered many choices for a party, dough is soft and done, ingredients are balanced, happy to have halal options. Chicken pizza is delicious, it was the first one to finish.
The pizza tastes very good. The guy at the store was very nice and provided great service. The dough was fantastic, toppings were generous and sauce tastes great. What else to ask for. Overall great food and great service. Must try.

First time we had pizza and wings from Pyramid. Had it delivered was here in 20 minutes or so. Delivery person was very nice and friendly. Pizzas were amazing, piping hot and delicious. Chicken wings were really tasty. Will most definitely be buying from Pyramid in the future.
