Usually very friendly staff but this time felt different when I walked in and I’m not sure why. Then when I saw them drop one of my wings on the floor and hoped I didn’t see it, I felt very uneasy. The pizza at the location on OttawaSt. & Westmount Rd., is always delicious, hot, & fresh. I think it's one of the best tasting pizzas in Kitchener. However, I am extremely frustrated with the lack of attention given to my delivery instructions. The last 2 times I've ordered pizza for delivery, I specifically asked for the pizzas to be brought to the back door of the house, yet they were left at the front door. VERY frustrating
