I have been a customer for a long time. But yesterday I encountered such a rude and arrogant cashier. We ordered Royal Falooda and other stuffs. My wife asked him for a different straw and he rudely replied “I don’t have any in a loud tone”. She felt embarrassed and left quietly.
Is this a way to talk to your customer?
Never recommend anyone this store again.
Just went in today to get grill cheese sandwich and tried to ordered one and the guy named dev working there told that you can order bombay grill instead as it has veggies and aloo filling.
So, i ordered bombay grill. Went home and opened the container and it was simple grill cheese sandwich.
So, you never know how you can be cheated.
Please always look upon receiving the food.
