Had the pasta special it was underwhelming a very small bowl of pasta and wasn't even filled up. All for 26$ after a tip. It tasted good but I wasn't happy. Everything else was great and everyone who got the souvlaki got a full meal my pasta was a child portion.

I would give it 0 stars for rudeness ...owner was very rude and wanted to charge the wife and I an extra $3.00 for sharing a meal. My wife and I were told to never come back, we won't be served...Fireside restaurant makes a much better souvlaki dinner with a bigger portion and 2 skewers, I wouldn't recommend this place even to someone I don't like. 🤮🤮🤮

While in Kitchener on a work trip found this restaurant in a strip mall , compact but full !! Seems to be a local favourite. Menu selection is good with a few daily specials. We ordered fish & chips , cooked well, crispy with tasty tartar sauce & Cole slaw. The cheese burger was grilled perfectly and the side order of garlic bread was tasty. Our server was pleasant and friendly. Fun fact : the tip on their machine started at 10%. !!!!!! and not 18% like in Toronto.

I saw a lot of negative and bad reviews about this restaurant but I still gave it a try. Now, this is already my fifth time here. From the moment you walked in, you are immediately greeted. The employees are very friendly, even the owner. The food is definitely worth what you pay. It is affordable and delicious. The servings are also huge. The ambiance and music choice are great. It is very peaceful. The place is clean, even the washroom.
