Today I went in to get my order which is a grande Americano with sweet cream and sugar in a Venti Cup topped up with steamed sweet cream foam. As I pulled away from the drive-through, I realize that my cup was only half full and not made the way that I would like it so I called the store and told them that my order was wrong and what was wrong with it and they said that if I am going to do that, I have to pay for a Venti, which under Starbucks guidelines he’s not correct because you are allowed up to 5 ounces of Milk in a drink I had to go to another Starbucks to have my drink fixed, which they were happy to do made me aware that my order was perfectly fine. There are two Starbucks very close to this one one being at Huron Road and the other one at sunrise. I highly recommend those two as the service is phenomenal. Was very upset that Amber could not help me today with my drink

This Starbucks location needs a serious rework of their mobile order service. We ordered three drinks when we were 10 minutes away from the restaurant at 9:43am, the app told us it would be ready around 9:49 only to arrive at 9:54 to be told that there were two other orders ahead of us and to drive around for another 2-3 minutes at the drive thru. Meanwhile there was nobody ahead of us in the drive-thru. This is the second time this has happened to us in the past few months at ONLY this location

Drink was made incorrectly, and rather than help and remake the drink correctly the staff got offended, made defensive remarks and closed the window before having a chance to speak. Good mature, adult staff here. Definitely how I would want my franchise to operate.

I got the Matcha iced latte with less ice and strawberry cold foam and it was so good! The employees are always kind and smiling, the ordering process is seamless. Overall, glad I get to live so close to a Starbucks!

I just left this location and the woman taking my order through drive through and Amber refused to give me a venti or trenta iced water. I had ordered a water alongside my purchase order of $20. I come to this Starbucks everyday with my wife to order 2 coffees and 2 muffins with 2 waters and today they refused to give me water.

I had a great experience at Starbucks! I ordered a Medium Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and a Small Latte, and both were delicious. The Frappuccino was sweet and refreshing, while the Latte was smooth and well-made.
The service was amazing! Alex was super friendly, fast, and made my visit even better. It’s always nice to see staff who care about their customers.
Overall, great drinks and excellent service—I’ll definitely be back!
