Order an Iced Caramel Machiatto got a cup of almond milk, syrup and ice. Always get only 3 pumps of vanilla so it's less sweet there about an inch of Caramel at the bottom and the colour is so light this is the worst Starbucks drink I've ever had

I want to come here to say Allison the barista always makes my drink exactly the way I want, she’s so nice and polite , love when she says Hi Rachel every time I come in to pick up my drink makes me feel so welcome and comfortable. This is the only location I go to from now on, Ive been to other locations but never got this kind of service. Thanks Allison for making my drinks so delicious, I always have a good day when my drink is made right . 🫶

I want to start by saying 99% of experience at this Starbucks has always been amazing. Inez (Ines) has always been my go to girlie, she knows my car and is always so polite. Always treat me with kindness. However, today at 11:25 I placed a 3 drink order with only 3 cars in the drive thru. My mobile app said it’ll be ready at 11:33. I normally place the order and go through drive thru and if they’re still in the process of making my order they let me wait at the window and engage in conversation while we wait. This morning was not it. I’m not sure if the girl at window was new but she told me I had placed a large order and it’ll take 8-12 minutes for it get done (no cars now in the drive thru) she told me I’d have to go back around the entire drive thru to get my order. I was confused no one was in the line but me and the store wasn’t busy. I get the window expecting to wait because the app said it’ll be ready at 11:33 and it was now 11:28. Instead of letting me wait at the window like I normal she has be go around or park my car and go into the store which defeats the purpose of a drive thru order. Never in the 9 years I’ve been coming to this location has this happened. I’ll obviously come back because despite today it’s still my favorite location. But appalled by the request to go around again for my order lol
Starbucks has become terrible recently. Never fills drinks to the top. This drink is a matcha with pumpkin cold foam. The matcha is extremely light and the cold foam is white? Pumpkin cold foam should be orange. Tasted like I was drinking milk

Ordering ahead on the mobile app was meaningless and the staff only prepared the order after announcing arrival at the first drive through window, waiting almost 10min at the second for another car, and getting to the second window. Watching staff having a great time chatting to each other while a single staff member prepared the order after being nearly 5min later than scheduled to be ready for collection. I wouldn't return to this store again.
