Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever walked into a Starbucks and felt so much positive energy! Every single employee seemed genuinely passionate about their work, creating an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. They handed out samples and even printed instructions on how to reorder the unique drink I tried so I could enjoy it again—such a thoughtful touch!
I highly recommend visiting this location. I’ve never seen Starbucks employees so dedicated to spreading joy and making customers happy. One barista even offered sprinkles to elevate someone’s drink, which perfectly sums up their attention to detail and desire to brighten everyone’s day. This team truly goes above and beyond!

The most disrespectful staff. Absolutely disgusted and apauled. Rude staff, slow and unprofessional service. Drinks made wrong more than once. Couldn't believe the level of discrimination from a male staff member.
Dietary restrictions: Wouldn't and I mean refused to correct my lactose free drink when THEY made the mistake. Couldn't care less about my allergy.

Hello! I’ve been here in this Starbucks so many times and I like only one coffee from the whole cafes I know - Non dairy cookies matcha latte. But most of the time they don’t have a topping for this coffee and I really enjoy it so much. Without topping it taste different. So, my question is - Is it that hard to have mix of cinnamon, sugar, salt and cookies for coffee?

terrible service. It took almost 16 minutes to make coffee. I asked 3 times to do it faster or cancel the order. They promised to do it quickly, but ignored the request. Because of this I was late for work. The morning workers on August 23, 2024 were just awful and unprofessional

I just want to say, I was blown away with the customer service here. I came in for my yearly Birthday Starbucks drink and found their process has changed, and I needed to sign up for their rewards. I was disappointed but I understood. I bought my son a drink, went to leave and decided I would still get my birthday treat. So I talked to the staff about some great choices, they were all so kind and friendly, I ordered my drink and they gave me the drink for my birthday free. They didn't have to but they did. My 11 year old was even blown away at the kindness the staff showed. He said " the world needs more people like that " . So thank you for making my birthday a little extra special, thank you for being kind and thank you for showing my son what great customer service looks like.

The ham and swiss sandwich was absolutely terrible. Ham was thrown in and the cheese was melted all to one end. I actually threw it out. For the prices they charge, they should be doing much better than this.
I went today for a matcha latte no sugar; and when I open the lid, I saw something disgusting floating. I have no idea what it could be. This is the most disgusting thing I have ever experience.
