first of all today there were two men working there. one person, looked like supervisor he was not a welcoming person. he kept staring at me. the worst hospitality experience for me. the food was bad. this is second time the rotisserie chicken was raw. i have had subway at strasburg. it was so delicious but the westmount branch is terrible. none of the ingredients where fresh or tasty. Worst experience ever.

There price is $3.50 higher as compare to other location near by No-Frills for foot long tuna sandwitch. Further Indian lady who was working there put invoice in garbage without asking me. I have contacted subway corporate office to investigate why price is different in same area when both location belong to same company.

Recently i visited this place on Friday girl on counter was very polite and humble provided me best customer service . Sandwich was delicious and fresh compared to other subways.

Inexperienced workers training inexperienced workers. Despite signs asking you to order by number, I attempted to do so and they had no idea what sub I was talking about. When asking for ingredients on the sub, I told them just use the default, but neither the trainee nor trainer knew what those ingredients were, nor could they be bothered to read off the sign, forcing me to do their job for them! Food tasted alright, at nearly $20 a footlong. Doesn't feel worth going back here until their staff is up to speed. Store is relatively clean and not busy. Not the worst Subway I've been to, but not far off either.

This has happened second time in a row, my sub wasn’t prepared properly, the bread wasn’t gtilled even after requesting for that. The toppings were not evenly spread. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL. expected much more…

Subway mobile app offered BOGO 12" Sandwich, and the mobile app said that this was a participating location. Issue with mobile app prevented me from placing an order because the 12" sandwich button was missing from all of the selections. Called store and they said they would help me, just to come in - so I did. When I get there, the girl behind the counter refuses to help unless I buy the cheapest nastiest sub on the menu and the BOGO sub has to be a cold cut...... This is horrible service and feels like a scam. I then call out the company in a helpdesk ticket for the app for falsely offering a BOGO on any sandwhich, but not honouring it, and ask for them to contact me back, and they proceeded to delete my Subway app account.... so.... I would HIGHLY recommend going to Mr Sub instead. Less of a scam and they won't treat you like garbage when you call them out on their scam.

It's a franchised sub shop. Everything is somewhat the same every time you go. Staff are friendly although occasionally I find one that does not want to cut my sub the way I like it. (In 3 pieces, footlong).
Ingredients are the same every time. Occasionally, the staff need to pay better attention and throw away brown or wilting veggies. I understand food cost, but it does drive away repeat business seeing ugly looking lettuce and other veggies.
Vegetarian options: At subway you make it your way. If you only want veggies that's all you need to ask for. Probably the easiest place I know for simple customization.
Dietary restrictions: See my comments about vegetarian options. Same applies here.
Parking: Large parking lot. Almost never more than a few cars taking up the tiniest amount of the lot.
Kid-friendliness: Has various size options for all ages. Kids portions and toys.
Wheelchair accessibility: Like almost everywhere these days. Has extended doors and auto matic openers. Tables are large enough to accommodate wheelchair as well.
