This place sucks the customer service is terrible. I walked in with my friends they got food, I didn’t. Then the worker comes over says “hey no dine in for no customers” so I bought a cookie. 2 minutes later she comes back saying “you are not allowed to dine in meals only” so she ruined our day out. Horrible experience. DO NOT COME HERE!!

The two workers at this subway were absolutely awful. I didn’t get their names but I went on December 9th around 12PM. The service was terrible and the workers were extremely rude. Attitude and constant dirty looks from them both, especially the female worker. They both talk to each other in Hindu or Punjab or something and are always laughing. If you are at your job working you should be professional and perhaps not talk in a different language in front of your customers. I don’t plan on coming back to this location anymore and wouldn’t recommend coming here either. Terrible service.

This place is called subway with no sauce. I place order online and they said they didn’t receive it i show them money cut on account but girl denied. Then i place order again from subway app and girl who making my subway told me you have to wait until i finish in store customer. She is only one in store and tried to rush everyone with no smile on face and no greeting. She started making my order and didn’t even apologised for delay. I ordered 5 sauces in sub but looks like i have to eat my foot long with just vegetables. Never go this place again worst customer service ever

Absolutely disgusting experience. Rude. I didnt even order here. I work customer service and i would NEVER treat someone the way they spoke to me. I actually left in tears which may sound silly but once i walked out those doors i couldnt help it after the way the manager treated me. Dont waste your time on this location.

Tried out the new footlong Dipper, pepperoni and mozzarella. I was very excited to try this new item but what I got was very disappointing. The concept of these Dippers is a great idea, but the execution is extremely poor. Barely any cheese on the inside and the cheese was only on the very middle and not throughout the entire roll. I was also hoping that it would be more crispy by the look of the commercial and the picture it shows like it's got nice crispy crunchy outside which it was soft and seemed like it was almost steamed. I hope they work on improving this product because like I said it seems like a great concept but the execution needs to be fixed
