Beware when ordering take out. I ordered ahead and was given a pick up time, over 20 minutes waiting for fries and not even an apology. I don't mind waiting a few minutes but at least tell people when to expect their orders.

We had another wonderful dining experience thanks to our amazing waitress, Melissa. As regular customers, this was the second time we’ve had her as our server, and once again she exceeded our expectations.
Melissa always greets us with a warm smile and makes us feel so welcome from the moment we arrive. We often have some unusual requests with our meals, and she is incredibly attentive to every detail, carefully writing everything down to ensure nothing is missed.
Our meals arrived exactly as ordered—hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Melissa never forgets a thing and consistently provides true 5-star service.

This used to be the best swiss chalet location but it appears that is no longer the case. Ordered beef and chicken meal with a poutine and a side coleslaw. The coleslaw was forgotten and had to ask for it. The poutine was served cold. I believe the gravy was room temperature when it was put on top. There was no visit from the waitress to check in on us while we were eating as she disappeared. When i was done everything but the poutine she brought out a finger bowl and asked if i was done. I advised i was and told her about the cold poutine as she was trying to take my plate. She then told me it will be cold because the cheese is cold (LOL) and offered to replace it (i declined as i was already done everything else and did not want to get microwaved stuff back) there was no apology she just walked away and vanished for several minutes while I heard them talking in the back about cold gravy. It sounded like they did confirm the gravy was cold. She finally came back with the bill again with no apology.
Great and attentive waitress, particularly when either their kitchen was backed up, or they were short staffed. Food was excellent all around and the price was reasonable.

My friend and I went and we ordered the beef sandwich Meal and oh my God it was amazing. Wow I was very impressed because I’m not a big beef eater the young girl Emma she was absolutely amazing soft-spoken and greeted us with a smile that wasn’t fake. Like a lot of places you go. She was just a beautiful soul.
