Service was okay, food was okay. Lettuce in the ceasar salad tasted a little chemically
There was hair in both my salad and my quesadilla
Only truly good thing was the cheesecake.
Was also charged for extra sour cream but didn't receive it.
Have had worse experiences but probably won't be back nonetheless.

My son and I dine at the Victoria Street Kitchener Swiss Chalet location most Fridays for dinner. Sue is our most favorite server who brings us lots of laughs and is an excellent server. Lina is the manager at this location who is very hard working, always helps in the dining room, and always gets customers seated promptly. All the other servers are also very friendly and very good at what they do. Food is always hot and fresh. Best ribs in town. This is our favorite Swiss Chalet...
