We had wonderful service and food at the Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road in Kitchener! We were seated almost immediately. Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener. Our server helped us and met our needs in a very nice and respectful way, the food was great, I had ribs were very splendid. The environment was clean and quiet as a restaurant can be when it’s pretty full. Our server was Anne she was very polite and sweet, helped us and multiple other tables but her attentiveness was as if she was only look after 1 table, Anne brought a great experience socially to eating out.
