We had wonderful service and food at the Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road in Kitchener! We were seated almost immediately. Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. Our server helped us and met our needs in a very nice and respectful way, the food was great, I had ribs were very splendid. The environment was clean and quiet as a restaurant can be when it’s pretty full. Our server was Anne she was very polite and sweet, helped us and multiple other tables but her attentiveness was as if she was only look after 1 table, Anne brought a great experience socially to eating out.
My server was attentive to my needs. I was meeting a friend for lunch. Anne my server placed me at a table where it would be easy for me to see my friend when she arrived.
