No worries about MSG, they don't use it - helpful for people with reactions to food additives. 4 stars because we always have great service from our server, Chris. She is efficient, friendly, courteous and professional. Food is served fresh and plated nicely.

I had an amazing experience at this particular Swiss Chalet! The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive from the moment I walked in. The food was fresh, delicious, and served promptly, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The customer service really stood out and made the whole visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service.

And The food at swiss chalet is immaculate. There fresh crispy fries that u can pair with any side of choice and there steamy, juicy chicken that comes freshly cooked out the oven.

I don’t think i have ever received the worst service in my life.
I walk in there at 3:25, after ringing the bell for 5 mins straight no one yet to come out. After someone finally came out, completely disrespectful and full of negative energy. As a what she looked to be a manager, i would think costumer service is their priority.
Finally 3:50 comes and i get my 3 tenders and fries and asked for chalet sauce and roll i then get home with no roll or sauce, as i go back the same lady is trying to argue what my order was and what I spent MY money on.

As I have worked in restaurants myself, been to plenty of them before i have never experienced such rude service and disgustingly nasty food that tasted moldy. This Swiss chalet had way too many stories across town which has honestly made me choose to never step foot back here again. Management step up. Do better. Or a tip for the management temporarily close the location for proper training.

We walked out before we even got our drinks. We went there previously with our family for Mother’s Day and they crammed us in and blocked an entire section. We couldn’t barely eat yet alone sit where we were. Today we went for Father’s Day and we requested a booth. They denied us a highchair to tuck into the end of the table for our two year old. The restaurant was basically empty. There was another highchair blocking a walkway so we wouldn’t have been the only ones. Requested to speak with a manager who also then denied us a highchair. Will never, never eat here again considering this is supposed to be a family restaurant. No consideration whatsoever.

This has become our family's favourite Swiss Chalet franchise in town. The food is well prepared, the staff are very friendly, and the service is fast so little kids don't have to wait. Even if we were closer to another Swiss Chalet, we would drive the extra distance to come here. A special thanks to Chris, who was our server tonight and wonderful with our kids!

Ordered takeout and there were many problems with the order. We were charged for and sent a meal we didn't order, we ordered 1 drink but were charged for 2 (and the drink we received was wrong), multiple items had the wrong sauce, and the lid to one of the sauces wasn't secured and spilled in the bag.

After calling the store, we were berated by the manager (Juhi, I believe - she hesitated to give us her name) for not having taken apart the order in the store to check it. She spoke over us while we tried to explain the issues, repeatedly blamed us for the mistake, and claimed she couldn't do anything despite being the manager. And finally, she yelled at us (yes, I yelled back AFTER she started it - I'll admit that).

I've escalated this to the main Swiss Chalet help line. The food and bill being wrong would be forgivable if they'd just fixed it, but the absolutely audacious behaviour from the manager is too much. We've been eating here for years but this is the last time - the food quality has been sliding, anyway.
