The second Tim Hortons this week where i was left standing waiting for my order while other costumers ordering inside where getting their orders before mine. I wouldn't recommend mobile service and if you complain they send you a pathetic box response with links that do not even work. Waste of time, they were not even busy.

Horrible customer service had to wait 5 minutes to be served in the restaurant the only 2 staff were too busy in the drive through Staff did not care, mopped the floor and it was slippery afterwards they never dried it making the floor slippery like a ice rink Do not recommend this tim Hortons

Terrible, workers are rude and have a huge attitude. I was waiting for a part of my food order and I was being ignored at the drive thru window, the worker didn’t apologize after I was waiting for 5 minutes over a cookie, I unfortunately had to honk my horn to get her attention and she didn’t say one word to me, basically threw the cookie at me.
Every single time I come in here I'm always left standing at the counter without anyone even acknowledging me. I've been here for about 15 minutes and they have only served 2 people. As I was waiting, they let 2 different people go in front of us and order and pay when I had been at counter for 7 minutes. It's absolutely rediculous and extremely rude to leave people like that. I understand being busy and all but completely ignoring your customers and calling two different people in front of us is not okay. We hadn't even spoken to anyone when they told us to move so someone else could order and pay
