I want to appreciate Mandeep Kaur for her amazing work at Tim Hortons during night shifts. She is always friendly, polite, and hardworking, even when it’s late and busy. She serves customers quickly with a smile and makes sure orders are correct. Mandeep is very patient, professional, and caring toward everyone. Her positive attitude and dedication make the night shift experience much better. Truly a great team member and an asset to Tim Hortons!

I have ordered scrambled egg and cheese loaded croissant with clear instructions that I don’t want any meat in it. Still this is what they have delivered it to me. Totally disgusting.

About %90 of the time (at least for me) insccurate orders on drive through on this branch of Tim!
I always order Iced Coffee with less cream and extra sugar, and most the time or kot sweet and or lot's of cream on that!
Same about other orders.
Doesn't matter how many times you go back there and ask them to correct the order, they will do whatever they want again! So don't waste your time and choose another Tim.

The guy with muscles couldn't give good service if he tried!
Kime was at the Drive-Thru window and this girl is sunshine in human form! She made my whole day! This girl deserves some recognition for her professionalism and warm personality. Thank you Kime, it was so great meeting you! -Kayla (in the Bronco)

I am so disappointed by this location. A number of times now they are out of ingredients for bowls between 11-12 but ultimately the biggest issue is today komal arguing with me when I received our peach quencher that there is a white hair in the drink. She literally argued with me that I am referring to the ice. No- there was ice but there was also a white hair. Her coworker made a new one without it hesitation which I appreciated however komal continued to tell me she did not see it therefore she said it wasn’t there. Again, she didn’t look hard enough whah so ever and I can clearly see. The ignorance from this women is shocking and don’t understand how people like this are working customer service positions. Manager apparently not in and will be in, only in mornings. Will be calling Monday morning… very disheartening and unacceptable

Went to this location at 1:50 AM on August 23, 2025. It’s advertised as being open 24 hours, but the doors were locked. Staff were clearly inside, saw us, and chose to hide instead of serving customers. After we left, one guy employee even popped out from behind the donut display and laughed.
This is not only unprofessional but also misleading. If you’re not actually open 24/7, don’t advertise it. Customers deserve honesty and basic respect.

I’m very frustrated with how Tim Hortons prioritizes the drive-thru over customers who actually come inside. Too often I’ve found myself waiting far longer than necessary, even for something as simple as a drink and a wrap. On more than one occasion, it’s taken over 10 minutes for my order to be ready, while cars in the drive-thru are served right away. This has even made me late for work, which is unacceptable for a quick-service restaurant. It feels like in-store customers are treated as less important, and it makes me question why I should bother coming inside at all. Tim Hortons needs to balance service between drive-thru and in-house instead of leaving inside customers waiting endlessly.

So I called to tell them that I had got my order wrong and they would replace it while i was on the phone. Then this guy nikil who i spoke on the phone i come to get my replacement and he says do i have the original timbits mind you my son is alergic to chocolate so i had to toss them but this guys says no timbit no replacement unbelievable.

we ordered in drive thru 2 regular ice cap and 2 oreo ice cap, firstly boy who took order was talking very rudely then when we picked order, girl fistly didn’t give us full order and didn’t give us all straws. She treated us very rudely.
I have come here so often on the morning of 5am and the stupid amount of time the staff is so unprepared is insane. They always have to repeat your order at the window because they dont punch in what you order in the drive thru. They get your drinks mixed up because nothing is noted in their system and lets not forget how unprepared they are!
Staff also dont follow their code of policy on how to greet their client, they show 0 respect. Avoid this Tim Hortons, not worth your time or money!

I ordered a ham and cheddar, I got ham.
I order 2 milk and 2 sugar, 90% of the time I get two milk.
Saturday morning around 2 am, i tried to order a ham and cheddar, but was told the toaster was down. Cool, I don't like it toasted. The lady said no buns, the wraps were frozen. I asked about bagels she said yes, I had her list the options. It feels like the the night staff will do anything to avoid making food and this is not the first time.

They always prioritize drive-through over walk-ins and it's so bad. Just because walk-ins don't give you drive-through times doesn't mean you leave people waiting forever. I went in and nobody was in drive-through, and instead of getting another person on the till they just restocked supplies for drive-through and chat with friends. Terrible service, leaving many people waiting in-store.
