I just went in drive thru and ordered ice coffee from this location, cashier was in so much hurry she disconnected without even taking my proper order, when I asked if it’s with extra base she said yes, she didn’t even bothered adding regular cream when I requested to she did, but over all I had one of the worst ice coffee. Please hire someone who enjoys working and serving customers. I wouldn’t hire someone who’s not interested to work. Thanks

I'm fueling up for the day with a cup of coffee ☕. It's hitting the spot just right! Unfortunately, the pizza I had recently wasn't the best. The sauce tasted like watered-down tomato soup on bread with cheese. I'm not a big fan of their soup either but hits the spot on a cold day.
So far, the sandwiches I have had have all been great. This is true in all locations i have visited so far.

Can't even make a bagel right!! Asked for a bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese. 5 mins away open my barely-buttered bagel. Stop giving money to this entire franchise, they can't get anything right. Ever.

Seriously... That's a $9 sandwich.....just called the location.... They said they will give me a new sandwich.... So good on them... Ps . They also gave me the wrong tea order... seriously how bad is this place...open second sandwich. Look at pics.... Haven't went to the location again
... Hopefully they fix both orders next time. Honestly the person on the other end was nice.....not a wealthy person...it's now 0117hrs..they redid my order. Many hrs later.. my doing, when I had time to go back. I was also told not to post the pics from the manager. Cause it looks bad.. gonna send new Pic of update sandwich...pic. this is $9 at this location

Worst experience ever !!!
The staff is extremely rude, While I was giving order the employee intrupted me multiple times by saying drive off instead of calmly listening to my order.
Not coming back to this restaurant. Teach your staff basic atticates of service professionalism

The quality of your team hotel is very good and the tea is also very delicious but the guy who is working at night has a very rude way of speaking and whenever anyone goes he speaks in a very wrong way. Yes, he has spoken to me in a wrong manner before, there is no way to speak to him, so this guy should be replaced from here, he is a customer spoiler.

He is a new guy who is working here now, who is working at night, his way of speaking is completely wrong, he speaks very wrongly, if the guy tells him that I have cash, he says I have no card. I will not accept cash, he speaks very wrong things, so he should be changed from here, his speaking style is very wrong.

This is one of the last Timmies that has washrooms open still. Which to be honest is a big thing for me. The freedom to use the public washroom at one's will is a treasure. Also they have strawberry jelly doughnuts , and are open 24 hrs a day. It hits almost every point for me.

I just went through the drive thru and the BIG THING working the cash at the window this morning at 7:45 just before 8 AM. Ordered the breakfast sandwich with a medium coffee. The breakfast sandwich is only supposed to be $3 and I always UPGRADE to the bagel AND PAY THE difference when I pull up she gives me the incorrect total. She then states the promotion is only on an English muffin or biscuit. WRONG!!!!! The person was so rude & has no idea what she’s talking about. I EVEN TOLD IT THE AMOUNT!!!! 😡which is the exact amount BELOW!!!!! Nothing more frustrating than being on your way to work, trying to get a quick breakfast and the worker has no idea what they’re doing. I did not escalate any further because it’s morning rush and I have to respect everyone else’s time in the drive-thru.
Beyond upset at the level of incompetence!!!!

I have been visiting this tim horton regular basis but the order i placed everytime and what i got everytime is totally different… I don’t know how they train people here!!!! And they don’t even accept their mistake to change the order as well!! Totally disappointed with the service and customer interaction has zero point for their team.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons , i almost visit everyday at this time Hortans for my breakfast. Today, the served me my tea in a leaking cup.
secondly, The service from the employee at the drive-thru window was extremely worst, rude and unhelpful as well as unprofessional, please provide a proper training according to the work area of the employee. They will hand over your food and turn back pretends to be busy. I hope management addresses this issue for future customers.
