worst time hortons around takes 30 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich. absolutely horrendous. i would drive the extra time to go to a different one

Terrible experience. I ordered one steeped tea and a double double something very simple, and the staff didn’t even hear the order properly. Instead of calmly fixing the mistake, they started arguing with us. The attitude was rude and unprofessional. Customer service was extremely poor, and the whole experience was frustrating over such a basic order. Definitely disappointed and won’t be coming back.

I go here every morning for a coffee. It is aways hot and the ladies on the window are really friendly. But when i go at night for coffee pods, keurig pods, at home coffee. The people there have no idea what i am talking about and tell me they dont have. If I go in they have it. Can you please teach your staff what a keurig coffee pod is. Thank you 😊

Don’t go to this Tim Horton’s! There’s a homeless man (in his 30s) with grey sweatpants and a hunting jacket every day walking the perimeters of the entrances yelling at customers. He is there between noon and stays till late in the evening. The staff have been notified but they tell YOU to call the police. The owner needs to ban this man from his property; not the customers. He’s harassed more than enough customers (including young children). Its dangerous! He also plays his phone on full blast for everyone in the store to hear. So if you’re trying to catch up with a friend or have a business call, you won’t be able to hear.

I ordered some breakfast and a coffee inside the restaurant couple of days ago. Some time later when i opened my bank app i realized that i was charged more than what i ordered and what i got, and the person who took my order can't speak English. It took 5 minutes to order a simple breakfast order🤦♂️
I tried contacting the restaurant, they really didn't care so, i tried contacting headoffice seems like they didn't care either.

Can hardly understand the person taking my order is speaking english have to repeat order several times no hello at window just here when given my order rather make my coffee at home then argue with an intercom . Used to be nice older lady's working there they are gone I wonder why .

It’s bad service
Came in this morning to order 2 take 12s and a bunch of pastries for a business meeting. I had Kime as a server. She was so kind and helpful! She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything and was happy with my order. There were some other staff that came over freaking out about how much I ordered, but Kime didnt! She stayed calm and kind the entire time. 5 stars for her alone!
