I want to appreciate Mandeep Kaur for her amazing work at Tim Hortons during night shifts. She is always friendly, polite, and hardworking, even when it’s late and busy. She serves customers quickly with a smile and makes sure orders are correct. Mandeep is very patient, professional, and caring toward everyone. I ordered a ham and cheddar, I got ham.
I order 2 milk and 2 sugar, 90% of the time I get two milk.
Saturday morning around 2 am, i tried to order a ham and cheddar, but was told the toaster was down. Cool, I don't like it toasted. The lady said no buns, the wraps were frozen. I asked about bagels she said yes, I had her list the options. It feels like the the night staff will do anything to avoid making food and this is not the first time.
