Tim Hortons on King St is a decent spot with friendly staff, although they can sometimes feel rushed. The breakfast sandwiches may not be the best, but the donuts and drinks are okay. The city infrastructure around the building is lacking, but that's not the restaurant's fault. The workers can be a bit rude, as they were caught talking about customers in their language. However, the servers at all Tim Hortons locations are usually very friendly, efficient, and welcoming, making it a pleasant experience overall. The drive-thru service is impressively fast and efficient, and the staff are friendly and get the orders right. The employees and managers are very understanding, compassionate, and hard-working, caring for their customers. The vegetarian options, dietary restrictions, parking, kid-friendliness, and wheelchair accessibility are all amazing. The food is consistently what you'd expect from Tim Hortons, and the sitting area is cozy, with the staff being really nice and patient.
