Placed an online order to be ready 'now' through app. I arrived there half-hour later and had to wait for my order to be filled, 50 assorted timbits (nothing required to be warm, etc.). Seemed they had a backlog of app orders they haven't gotten to.
Tim Hortons offers great service with friendly staff, although they might be understaffed at times. The atmosphere might not be for everyone, but the vegan and chicken options are popular. Despite some untidiness, the quick and efficient service leaves a positive impression on customers. The parking lot is normal-sized and the drive-through helps manage traffic flow. However, some customers have found the food to be bland, and the noise from the machines can make the interior uncomfortable. Overall, the dedicated staff work hard to provide a satisfactory experience.
