Worst customer service of tim hortons ever seen , very rude and racist attitude employees refused to call her supervisor or manager. Just visited today around 9:30 they said they were out of food. If you have no food please shut down don’t waste customers time and please tech your employees about customers service.
They always rush and mess up with the order. I dont understand one thing about the store rule is whenever i arrive near the window to pay they ask me to stop behind the yellow bar. This is very ennoying because car behind me honks me to move on. Even today i ordered a combo and there was a hashbrown

Visited this Tim Hortons around 7.15-7.30pm,tonight. As expected, worst customer experience have had. Staff has no etiquettes how to deal with customers, they just keep laughing with each other,kind of insult of the customers giving order. Drive-thru is always priority but atleast, tell the customers at front to wait for few moments. They need to learn, if they wanna work in customer service, customers ' respect and comfort is most important.Even one star is too much for the service...read full review
