Have called four times on different occasions only to be told they are closed for renovations and it will reopen the following Monday. Their Google listing shows as open but they are still closed. This is how companies lose loyal customers.

The food is great . And fast . If I had any feedback since we order the lakefield often is the staff often don’t say hello , or even thank you when you give them a good tip on take out food . I would like it there a lot better if the staff were friendly every time . Some are …but more times than not , they just hand the food over and have nothing to say . Not great for customer service
i heard her name shela i think made my pizza horrible it was very horribly cut and the toppings fell off in the box she was very huffy and puffy and was slamming the till well checking me out and ran to the back as soon as our transaction ended she also did not put the sauce in my box like she said she did and did not refund me terrible customer service normally everyone in there is super nice but i’ve e never had a good experience with her

The staff here are terrific! Had lunch here with my FIL and it was a great experience.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Lakefield Pizza Hut. I placed my order online, which was fine. When my sister and I came into the store we were put on ignore. Other people came in after us and were helped before us. When we were finally helped my pizza was wrong. I had ordered the Beyond Meat Pizza and there was no Beyond Meat on it. I let the CSR know that my order was wrong, she went to the back to get someone. I don't know who it was that came to talk with me, but they approached me in a hostile manner, they were already mad with me without even talking to me. She asked me in a very rude uncaring tone what the problem was. I let her know that the Beyond Meat was missing. Her response was that they were out of the Beyond Meat and that she had called and talked to me and that I had said that I was fine without the Beyond Meat on it. I told her I didn't speak with anyone. She then got very mad and irritated with me and said well what do you want me to do about it, we are out of the Beyond Meat. She made huffing sounds, put her hands on the counter and made irritated faces at me. It left me panicked and I wasn't sure what to say. Then she rudely said I can throw another topping on or make another pizza. At this point I did not trust this person to make my food. I made the decision to take my food as it was and left. I am very disappointed in the treatment I received.
