I am writing this because I am beyond furious about the disgusting behaviour I experienced at your Tim Hortons location today. I was on my break from work, starving, and drove to your temporary mobile drive-thru. I was actually excited to finally grab something to eat. But clearly, your employee Lisa had something else on her mind, because the way she talked to me was absolutely unacceptable.
The moment I reached the window, instead of a simple greeting, she hit me with a rude, attitude-filled “Have you ordered?” I had literally just pulled up. I said no and asked if I could order now. Her tone was dripping with attitude, like she couldn’t be bothered.
Then it got even worse.
I asked for a loaded chicken bowl, a normal menu item served across Canada. And what does Lisa say to me? “We don’t serve Chinese.” Excuse me? WHAT does that even mean? How is a LOADED BOWL suddenly “Chinese”? It is your product. The level of disrespect and ignorance in her response honestly shocked me.
When I clarified and said it’s the loaded chicken bowl, she snapped back with, “You mean chicken strips?” Are you kidding me? Does she not know the difference between a bowl and chicken strips? Or was she just being purposely rude?
At that point, she had already ruined my appetite with her disgusting attitude. I told her to leave it, I don’t want anything anymore. And I really did not get anything And her response? “We don’t have anything, sorry,” …then she just moved away like I wasn’t even a customer.
I asked for the manager, and clearly there was no manager—just another crew member pretending. Completely unprofessional.
Let me be very clear: Lisa’s behaviour was humiliating, disrespectful, and totally unacceptable. If Lisa reads this—shame on you. No customer deserves to be spoken to like that. One day, I hope you experience the same treatment so you truly understand how it feels.
I want the owner or GM of this location to reach out to me directly, because I am not filling out any more “Tim’s forms” or generic links. This needs real accountability, not automated responses.

Love this location. All of the food I have ever got from here is so well put together and delicious! I just got the chipotle chicken wrap, and the thing was the size of a large burrito. Fillings were well ratioed, and it was so good. The guy at the window and speaker was funny and pleasant. And they're so quick! Honestly most other locations just throw their food together resulting in s sloppy, inedible mess...not this one! Thank you!

People here are ignorant , asked for ice brown woman was very rude. Upcharged me for the cup Than grabbed my ice with her bare hands ... alao egg was veey overcooked was disgusting . spent like 20$ on food no need to be ignorant then snobby about getting ice like you work at tim hortons making 18$ a hour smarten up no need to be rude.

I just cleaned my own table from hand soap in your dirty bathroom. No hand sanitizer as if viruses have suddenly disappeared. Hopefully the new Tim Hortons on the other side of the river will wake you up!
