Kacaba Vineyards was a highlight of our recent trip to Niagara on the Lake Canada. Charles Gervais who led our tasting put on quite a show and his knowledge of wine and many other subjects meant for a delightful experience

Additionally, Kacaba hosts bi-monthly food and wine pairing events that are always fantastic, with recent themes showcasing amazing dishes, such as the Lemon and Arugula Orzo Salad with goat cheese created by Chef Steve.
