Tim Hortons offers absolutely delicious food with good service and smiles. The staff are friendly and polite, often making customers feel good about their day. The restaurant has a lot of tables and maintains an ‘old school’ Tim’s style from the 2000s. However, it often appears to be short-staffed, especially during busy hours, which can lead to long lineups that might cause some customers to leave. While the food and presentation are generally good, there is a minimal selection at times, and they frequently run out of options. The cleanliness can be inconsistent, as some tables and washrooms may seem dirty. The parking lot in the plaza can be tricky to navigate due to drivers speeding around corners, though there is lots of parking space available. Overall, the Iced Capps are a highlight, but more staff are needed during peak times to enhance the experience.
