When I came into A&W, I was served by a girl named Shania, and her customer service was absolutely amazing. Even though the restaurant was busy, you would never know it—she stayed calm, friendly, and incredibly efficient the whole time.
What really stood out was how she took time, even during the rush, to help customers with their mobile apps, even when other staff members said they couldn’t help. Shania went above and beyond without hesitation.
I truly applaud her! She did an amazing job, and her customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend visiting when she’s working! I usually don’t do this, but her work was amazing today.

Had a horrible experience here a while ago after I was confused as to why my 6 dollar order cost over double the original price. The person over the drive thru couldn’t explain to me why and told me to come inside despite me mention how I am disabled, after coming inside she handed me the phone to her manager like I had to solve the issue which the manager didn’t. I ended up paying after a back and forth with the clerk who was unnecessarily snappy. The food was cold by this point and they refused to remake it.

Took 17 minutes to go through the drive through and there was only 1 car ahead of us. We ordered only 1 breakfast and a coffee. Coffee wasn’t great. The staff is lovely and very polite, but this store is incredibly slow. Looks like only 1 person working.

Wow we are enjoying lunch when the whole area is full with kids not buying anything just sitting there. Some sitting on the table it was disgusting they were yelling no respect for no one. We will not go there again.
