Been ordering Healthy Eats regularly for about a year now. I have a large family and we are ALWAYS on the go so saving time on meal prep is huge.Great flavours, good selection and good sized portions - not to mention it's healthy!
Love the service and meal quality provided by Healthy Eats - it makes it so much easier to stay healthy and eat nutritious food even when my schedule gets really busy!My favourite meals (so far) are the falafel bowls, quinoa salads, and Tuscan chicken pasta.

All I can say is Healthy Eats is amazing. I have been searching for MONTHS for a meal prep company that fits all the boxes of clean, low sodium, good portions, local company and decent variety. Healthy Eats checked all those boxes and my dietitian recommended them over all of the companies. I couldn't be happier with the service and the food.
