Aroma of India - Authentic Indian, Indo-Hakka & Nepali Cuisine

Sorry for the late review! I was actually about to place another order as weather is not good couldn’t come, and I realized I had to leave a review because Aroma of India truly deserves it.

This is the best Indian food I’ve had in London so far. The food is always fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The quantity is generous, and the quality is consistently excellent. I also really liked the atmosphere and the friendly service.

Looking forward to placing another order now and hoping for the same amazing experience. Highly recommended!

I Ordered Manchou soup and Methi Malai Paneer both food item was very delicious and the quality they give was amazing more. I really wanted to come again.

Their fried food platter was really good. However, the Roshogollah tastes awful. Please clean and renovate your washroom, thats disgusting.

I am from downtown Toronto and was my first time ordering. I got their large mild butter chicken and naans. The meal arrived hot via Uber.

Pros: The butter chicken sauce was delicious, and chicken was moist.
Naans were fresh and tasted fine.

Cons: I expected more chicken in a large size and for the price, but there was less than one chicken breast worth and far too much sauce in comparison.
I now have over a cup of left over sauce but no chicken to put it on, as there was only enough for chicken one meal.

June 2026 Update - Aroma was much better in prior years. Now they serve lots of watery sauce with five small pieces of lamb in the Rogan Josh. The goat dish was the same. Very little goat. Sad.

2023 - We have been ordering from Aroma of India for a few years now. They consistently produce good food. We've tried many dishes; butter chicken, chicken vindaloo, lamb rogan josh, shrimp madras, chicken tikka masala, several different rice dishes and several different vegetable dishes and they have all been excellent. Please keep up the consistency.

The food was excellent, and the service was just as impressive. Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The only suggestions I would make are to add a bit more décor and play music through speakers rather than the TV, as the television can distract from conversation and the overall dining atmosphere. Complimentary papad would also be a nice touch.

We will definitely be back. As a word of caution, the surrounding neighborhood may not be the most inviting, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it.
