This is the most terribly disgusting resturant on earth. I do not reccomend anyone goes here. While they were cooking my food, I saw them put literall dog poop in my spring rolls! This is totally unacceptable and I will make sure to never come here again. They also cursed me out as I entered the store. Extremely disrespectful.

I think Ben Thanh was great at the beginning of its time. I had been here and other ben thanh franchises in london few years ago. Now, there are better places to go for your Vietnamese-pho restaurant, not like I dislike the place but there are better ones in london with cheaper prices and better food.

Although I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, I will NEVER order anything from this restaurant ever again. I placed an order on Wednesday, December 6th, 2023, and after I took my order from the delivery driver, by the time I opened the bag and container I realized that they completely got my order wrong with something I never ordered.I called the restaurant and spoke with the owner who identified himself as, "Ping." He was rude and wanted me to jump through hoops to either get a refund or my food replaced, which the restaurant and owner never did either.NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN AGAIN. Time to make an example.

I love this place, for $16 you eat GOOD, the small pho bowl is too big for me ? I always have to take it home, for the $16 combo you get the pho, a drink, and a small app (mango salad is always the move). The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is nice and quiet. A nice bowl of pho after a killer hangover is my favourite part :) would recommend 100%

I love their food, but $16.95 for a vermicelli bowl is hard to justify these days. I used to eat here all the time, but can only afford it a couple times a year. I always get BBQ pork with a spring roll, rice noodles, lettuce, cucumbers and fish sauce, but know I can make the meal MUCH cheaper at home... their fruit smoothies are out of this world too, if you can afford the $6.95 treat.
