Employee named Meaghan was extremely rude and disrespectful to a sweet elderly woman who was asking about purchasing a product that was not yet in. The elderly customer was very patient and kind, understanding that they were busy and was simply asking for information on how to contact the store to find out when the product would arrive. Meaghan was snippy, rude, and clearly aggravated for no reason towards her. When the customer left, she rolled her eyes, made a disgusted face and also made a rude comment out loud to another employee, even though there was still other customers in the store who could see this happen.

Terrible service. The staff was rude, and the place was filthy. They mistreat both customers and delivery drivers. Today, we witnessed a driver politely ask for better drink packaging because it was dirty and something was leaking from it. After he left, the staff actually plotted to give him a bad rating. They should be ashamed. We won't be coming back, and we don't recommend this place to anyone.

The customer service and energy at this location was awful when I went this morning. I believe the girl I dealt with her name started with SEL she had dark hair and lighter ends. She was miserable. Not pleasant to deal with and had an attitude. I asked her a question kindly and she replied in a rude tone and after I heard her talking about to me to her coworker. I don’t understand why people have to treat other people this way for no reason.

I was waiting for 7 minutes waiting for service, only one lady was on site, after 7 minutes another lady came on site, one customer enters immediately and started serving them and I was ignored.This is a hellish customer serviceThis is how a place is ran by ignorant teenagers.
