Ordered a high impact acai and it wasn't even filled to the top. The people ahead of me got there's filled to the top. For a $10 drink i shouldn't have to complain about this

I visited this location for the first time a few days ago and there was a lovely girl (I believe her name was Ryleigh) who was working alone. She was so kind and helped me find a drink I would like. It was quite busy however she did so well staying calm and organized while getting everyone’s order out to them quickly!! She made my day and I will definitely be coming here more often!!

I ordered the exact same drink today that I bought yesterday, yet I was charged more. When I asked why, the employee said it was because of a milk swap — even though I didn’t change my milk — and then added, “I don’t want to lose my job, so the extra charges stay and maybe yesterday they forgot to charge for milk.”
This is completely inappropriate. As a customer, I should never be put in a position where an employee uses fear of losing their job to justify overcharging me. Charging different prices for the same drink on different days is unfair enough, but framing it as “I don't want to get fired so accept the inconvenience” is unacceptable and unprofessional.
As a regular customer trying to make healthier choices, I expect consistent pricing, clarity, and respectful service — not excuses that put both me and the employee in an uncomfortable and unjust situation.
While this experience was frustrating, it’s especially concerning that corporate and the person responding to my review seem to be doing nothing to ensure this issue is addressed appropriately. Their response does not resolve the problem and fails to take responsibility for the inconsistent pricing and inappropriate behavior I experienced.
I typically order Nuttin Better. I take out the juice and sorbet. I keep everything else. I add bananas and hemp hearts. When I asked why I was charged more than yesterday, the cashier said it might have been the milk, but I keep the skim milk in the drink as is.
At the end of the day, I come in almost every day. I consistently pay more for my drink because I switch out sugary ingredients for healthier ones. The drinks at Booster Juice have more sugar than some sodas, so it’s very important to customize them with healthier ingredients and whole foods. I love my regular smoothie and I will continue to come in and pay extra for it.
But today I was charged more for the same drink as yesterday. You didn’t address the issue, and the employee punching in my order should **never** give me a hard time while claiming she might lose her job. You should have fairer practices and consistency in place to ensure I am not getting overcharged for the same drink as yesterday.

Daugther loves it so it must be decent.
Went into the store on September 11th and ordered two unbeetables…server was so kind, friendly and fast, she also left sweet messages on mine and my husband’s smoothies. I wish I got her name to acknowledge her. All in all it was an awesome experience.

Very busy and so long line up and waiting for food.
I came in to this booster juice to order a smoothie with a friend. I was looking at the menu and I couldn’t find the one smoothie I was looking for. I was trying to describe what was in the smoothie and the two female staff members were literally laughing in my face and said in a snobby tone that they never had a smoothie out like the one I described. My apologies for the mix up but atleast show some respect when I was just looking for help. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the staff, treat others better as it’s the least you could do.

if I could give a zero, I would give a zero sent in my daughter to get beet juice. She came out with a smoothie not sure where the breakdown of communication happened, but when I went back, they straight up said no we can’t exchange your smoothie for a juice. No wonder every time I go to this location they have no customers!!!!!!
EDIT: owner replied and states front booster balls were frozen and waiting to be thawed. I confirmed with recent employees that it’s because they want the old products to go out first and not to give out fresh products even if costumer requests it. At least be honest about it instead of trying to save face.
Tried to get some booster balls for my pregnant wife but the employees refused to give us the ones in the front of display because ‘it’s company policy’ to not give from the front due to ‘food reasons’. Ended up getting days old and dry ones from the back.
Would not recommend this place.
in response to Michelle I was also in the Booster Juice at the time of the incident and would like to also share my disappointment at the way I saw the elderly woman treated. Please make sure she gets what she was looking for and do a lesson on how to treat customers!
Employee named Meaghan was extremely rude and disrespectful to a sweet elderly woman who was asking about purchasing a product that was not yet in. The elderly customer was very patient and kind, understanding that they were busy and was simply asking for information on how to contact the store to find out when the product would arrive. Meaghan was snippy, rude, and clearly aggravated for no reason towards her. When the customer left, she rolled her eyes, made a disgusted face and also made a rude comment out loud to another employee, even though there was still other customers in the store who could see this happen.
