Pulled up to this location a few minutes before closing and noticed the open sign was still on. The door however was locked and it was dark inside. I understand closing time is closing time but locking your door before quitting time is not great customer service. Sorry Build a Bowl. Not impressed.
First, I would like to say the customer service is very good, Amanda was helping me today and she was very friendly while also helping me choose something to order.
I had ended up getting the Greek Wrap and I must say I’m very impressed with the portion size and the quality of the food. There is flavour and depth, the ingredients are fresh! You don’t see a wrap being fully loaded that often anymore!

Clean and well-maintained place. The food was pretty mild, simple, and standard—nothing particularly memorable or standout. No dine-in available. Customer service was fair and straightforward.
