The customer service and energy at this location was awful when I went this morning. I believe the girl I dealt with her name started with SEL she had dark hair and lighter ends. She was miserable. Not pleasant to deal with and had an attitude. I asked her a question kindly and she replied in a rude tone and after I heard her talking about to me to her coworker. I don’t understand why people have to treat other people this way for no reason.

I was waiting for 7 minutes waiting for service, only one lady was on site, after 7 minutes another lady came on site, one customer enters immediately and started serving them and I was ignored.This is a hellish customer serviceThis is how a place is ran by ignorant teenagers.

Used to go there once in an while and then moved away. Came back in and they (Ariana) immediately remembered my order and my name. Very friendly staff, great location.

Awful customer service at the Southdale and Wonderland location in London, ON!!! Employee there screwed up my order, they basically gave me a purple coloured ice, no taste, and when I complained, they said what I ordered is "light" drink and supposed to taste like that!! I had that same drink before and it was never tasteless like theirs. Then the Workers told their manager that I didn't like the drink!! - but what they didn't say is that they didn't make it properly, so the manager refused to replace it!Never again going to that location, they will basically serve you what ever they want to, and for their unprofessional management, that's perfectly fine! Beyond unprofessional!! ?

For some reason, this Booster Juice has the worst service ever, it is always understaffed and there is always a long wait. I definitely recommend going to any other location.

I walked in, made eye contact with the employees in the back. There was 2 people talking in the back area. Neither of them came to ask for my order as I waited for 5 mins. Terrible service lol. It was a Thursday night Jan 19 5 45pm. Fire these employees, there are plenty of people looking for work who would at least put an ounce effort into there jobs.

The drinks are consistently good but the staff is rude. No one greets you when you walk in for mobile order. I come often and it’s always the same. I wait and wait until I have to call someone over who isn’t busy and ask for my drinks which she pulls from the freezer so they were already ready. I don’t understand why customers stand there for 10 minutes with no employees addressing them. Drinks are good but I won’t be back as often that’s for sure.
