Ordered a double bacon cheese burger combo from them today.it came with just cheese on it .no bacon no toppings of any sort.what a waste of money,the milk shakes were melted mess.burger buns were hard on all edges too.my order was 93$ then a tip.i used to be burger burgers biggest fan but this time ruined it for it for me.such a disappointment.

I like their burgers but the staff NEVER make my order right. I order a burger with no cheese and they add cheese every time. I can’t eat cheese so this is incredibly frustrating. Happened multiple times please stop and read the order.

The food is great but I ordered poutine for delivery and it was only halfway full. The onion rings were full so not sure what went wrong.

The burgers are hit or miss depending on who's working. Sometimes you get a 3 millimeter thick patty on a wet bun and the entire burger falls apart. Other times you get a normal burger. The cashiers are usually nice. Several times my order has been wrong or missing items. I go back because it used to be decent but it may be time to find a new burger joint downtown. The fries are usually plentiful but not always fresh or well cooked.

We were looking for Burger King and the app directed us to Burger Burger, we were looking for something fast, not sit-down and wait. You need another item on giving description where you can say I didn't go there.
I got the bacon double cheese burger and so did my boyfriend it had amazing flavor it tasted like burger priest and had almost a knockoff version of the menu there the only thing i didn't like was it was greasy and the bacon was rubbery. The fries were very good and so was the poutine it was big portions the lady that served us was very kind and the music was kinda loud but at lease I liked the type of music they played i would probably not go again but it was fun to try it out

Update: Minus 2 stars. I provided feedback a while back that Uber doesn't offer their single burgers, only doubles. Months later still can't get the single burgers on Uber. Best burgers around! I love the flat grill! Consistent and always HOT! Voted #2 burger spot in Canada!
Honey popper chicken sandwich was disappointing. Way too much powdered spics around the edge, didn't taste the cream cheese or honey. I wish I had gotten one of their delicious burgers! Next time!
