I ordered my burger over the phone and they had it fresh and ready to go as soon as I got there not even nine minutes later this is the kind of service that I respect from a business. I love their food a lot. Their burgers are always top notch fresh materials, nothing is made without love honestly, hands-down, one of my favourite Smashburger places I’ve ever eaten and I’m a burger guy. I really respect his business quite a lot and their attention to detail freshness and love for their customers. I would highly recommend eating here if you want to wicked experience with great service, the ladies working, there were so polite and kind. It really does go along way when somebody’s having a bad day, so I just wanna think this business for always making the the best smash burgers ever 12 out of 10 recommended

The burgers were made to order along with freshly fried onion rings and poutine. Decent price for the portion size. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately the place was hot like an oven and it wasn't even a crazy hot day.

This is by far the best burger place in ALL OF LONDON, PEOPLE! They cater to gluten free customers as well which is incredible because I've never once gotten glutened there. It's pretty damn rare to find a place that doesn't have some form of cross contamination but they're just that careful, which we a person with pretty bad Celiac Disease, I really appreciate.

Good food but Horrible customer service from the girl with red hair which ruined the whole exprience. I wanted to use the washroom and she told me it was out of order but then while i was eating i see other people asking for the washroom and allowed them to use it but for me it was out of service this made me feel discriminated.

We checked out this place while visiting from out of town for Rock the Park. I seriously wish we had this place here locally! It was SO good! Great burger made fresh to order and some of the best fries I've had in a long time. The staff were friendly even though they were all melting in there and the service was great. Please come to Stoney Creek!

Horrible milkshake, ordered one on uber eats costs $7-8 and it was just MILK, strawberry sauce, and whipped cream… wtf 😳 disgusting and never going back here again. Burger was undercooked same with my bacon and fries were burnt. I spent $40 and regret every dollar. Go somewhere better that actually serves real milkshakes, and save your money 💸

Ordered a double bacon cheese burger combo from them today.it came with just cheese on it .no bacon no toppings of any sort.what a waste of money,the milk shakes were melted mess.burger buns were hard on all edges too.my order was 93$ then a tip.i used to be burger burgers biggest fan but this time ruined it for it for me.such a disappointment.
