Food is good but took us way too long in the drive through because they couldn't seem to understand English. Kept repeating themselves and not listening/not understanding what we were saying. Extremely simple items too. Could not understand that we wanted a snack box and gave us just mozza sticks instead. Not a speaker problem.

I came to order my Whopper here at 2:45 pm. on Tuesday afternoon, and my hamburger was cooked fresh and served hot. Keep up the good work, Burger King team. I will be back, and I am will tell everyone in my family and friends to come here for a quality meal.

Burger King has upped their game. I recently tried their roasted garlic whopper and it was so flavourful and.... garlicky! I loved it! It was topped with real roasted garlic chips, and a savoury garlic aioli sauce with bacon. I customized mine with lettuce and tomato as well. I hope it stays on the menu ?

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever had in fast food.Ordered through the app, which told me my food would be ready at the pickup counter.I proceeded to stand there for over 20 minutes while neither the front counter person nor the manager running the drive through acknowledged me even a single time.After 20 minutes and multiple walk up orders after me getting served their food, I had to stop the manager and force her to acknowledge me with an EXCUSE ME and asked for an update on my mobile order.She then proceeded to find it on the printer for only the first time and start berating the kitchen staff for not making it, mentioning they needed toIt took another ten minutes while they continued to not acknowledge us to get our food. No offer of fries that were already made or even drinks we were waiting for to ride over my restless and hungry kids.When the manager presented the tray with the drinks there was no apology or recognition of mistakes made or the lack of acknowledgement of humanity shown to us as a family. Just a “do you want three pies for compensation” (there were four of us).In trying to raise my children to be kind and patient people, I figured I would wait until a better time to address the situation with a decision maker.I reached out to Burger King canada, to inform them what happened and expecting a conversation with the franchisee.I got an email back within two hours on a Sunday recognizing the gravity of the mistake and promising training and other follow up.Not a thing since.If you read my review history, I tend to make very very few negative reviews.There’s no way I can give this location a pass. Frequent at your own risk, especially if your kids are hungry and you are looking for something to eat in a timely manner and to be treated halfway like a human being.

I haven't been to this location since years n years cause it looked so dated. But I heard they had a renovation so I went last weekend. The place looks real nice. The service is meh. And the burgers we had were great. I didn't know they had coffee. It was surprisingly good. Will be returning for sure ?

I ate at this Burger King location this afternoon (Nov 16th 2023) and I was truly amazed at the quick service I received, but mostly at the quality of my Double Whopper w/cheese. It was sizzling hot right off the grill, and was the BEST burger I have ever eaten ! I love the consistency in quality because that Whopper tasted exactly the same as the one I ordered back in Toronto in 1985 ! I was so elated at that burger and excellent service that I told the counter girl exactly what I said here. The only reason the food was given four stars instead of five was because the french fries had WAYYY too much salt on them. So much so, that I did not enjoy them. My dream is to buy a whole box of frozen BK burgers and place them in my freezer at home. MMMMMMM !

It is Burger King, but this one is fresher and cleaner than most. Lots of booths. Halloween-themed crowns. Impossible Whoppers for the vegetarians in the crowd (on Whopper Wednesday.. bonus!). It was great.Vegetarian options: Flame-broiled Impossible Whopper is fantastic.Parking: Busy lot, but parking is plentiful and free.
