Food and service are good but the restaurant itself is very dirty. You can't sit at the tables by the washroom unless you want to smell that while you're eating. The tables are dirty and so is the floor. It's not a welcoming atmosphere to eat in that's for sure and it makes me question how sanitized the kitchen is if that's how they keep the rest of the establishment. It's also very cold in there to sit and eat. Plus they took forever to make us our burritos and we were the ONLY people in the restaurant. They must have been making burritos for all the delivery services, but standing there hungry for 20-30 minutes waiting for 2 burritos was painful. Good place for take out though. We won't be back.

We used to love getting Burrito Boyz when we stopped in London but it has changed a lot since our last vist. Service and staff were friendly and professional as usual but the food is not the same. Most noticeably the ingredients, especially the chicken and burrito sauce have become really bland and dry. My husband's large burrito was also indistinguishable in size from my regular one. We hope Burrito Boyz goes back to the formula that made them great in the first place.

Clean open location with friendly service. The burritos were amazing and exactly as we ordered. We did not use the kiosks but they are avaliable for ease of ordering. Order was completed quickly.

Portion of meat with burrito bowl was pretty sad tbh. Wanted to try this place, so my wife and I got the 2 for 1 naked burrito deal, and it is quite obvious they put a *small* amount of meat across *both* meals. So that was disappointing. Lots of rice I guess..

I absolutely love Burrito Boyz! Their Fries Extreme is my go-to – perfectly crispy, loaded with toppings, and such a generous portion for the price. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a quick and tasty meal at a great value!
Their buy one get one free chicken burrito deal on Uber Eats is a regular favorite of mine - a serious amount of food for essentially under $20, and super tasty as well. I love their mango (and chipotle) salsa and the pineapple hot sauce, it really makes for a unique burrito. Super tasty. There are occasional, uncommon days where the burritos seem... More bland than usual, but it's only happened a few times for me. And even then, at that cost, it's still worth it. Love it!

I ordered from Burrito Boys on Central, but they gave me subpar food. I returned it to this location, and at first, they refused to let my wife return the food. However, I went in to talk to the manager, who was kind enough to exchange it for me. The food turned out to be incredible! I would definitely give it five stars. Thank you so much! ✨
