Staff was not good and the They do not provide enough quantity of food. When I bought a burrito bowl, half of my bowl was empty..

It’s been awhile since I got a burrito from here. It’s still just as good as I remembered. The pineapple jarrito is a nice touch. It’s a great spot anytime of the day or night.

I did the halibut burrito bowl. Such nice smiling service, so sweet and speedy. Loved the tunes. They let me sub the guac bc I didn’t get cheese. Perfect experience.

If i could give 0 rating then i would have given 0 rating. Girl working over there has some other kind of attitude and food was very bad. The amount they put is very small. No taste at all. VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

My sister and I craved takeout last week and decided to UberEats from Burrito Boyz from this location, only to have us left with stomach bugs lasting 2-3 days, resulting in food poisoning. We both faced same symptoms at the same time rather and connected the dots fast - as much as Burrito Boyz has always been recommended to us, our luck rather had us sick in bed. Don’t order from here if you plan on getting sick - not a friendly experience !!

I Pre ordered my burrito. They totally messed up my order. The quality was horrible. Never again. Fat Bastard from now on.

Really disappointed! Ordered a chicken burrito extra toasted but instead got one which was barely toasted and loaded with so much raw vegetables which literally made it bland. Head office really need to look into this outlet as these people are not following burrito boyz standards at all. They don’t let you select toppings on the table and use hands instead of scoops for toppings which made my small burrito just a ball of raw vegetables wrapped in undercooked tortilla.

Very poor customer service when trying to resolve a simple issue.
I ordered through Skip and realized I had ordered an ingredient in my burrito that I can't eat. I called the restaurant right away and they said they had just finished making the food. I asked them to remake it and they refused, saying they didn't want to waste the food. I spoke with them for a little longer and they were completely unwilling to help me with my request.
They then asked me to contact Skip to cancel the order, which i did, but by the time Skip got back to me they said the restaurant already gave the food (I can't eat) to the driver for delivery.
A far cry from what this place used to be, shame to lose a good restaurant but they don't seem interested in a good customer experience anymore.

Did uber order and it was very poor quality, it's like tortilla, rice and beans and nothing else was there in it, I had order chipotle, burito sauce, and mango salsa but I had only mango salsa in it. I guess they don't care about uber order and give customer they want so far. Very disappointing.
