“The place to be for the classics!

Husband and I have been going on breakfast dates on weekends without the kids for the past little while. What we do is open up Google map, search for “brunch” and “open now” and pick one from the list wherever we are at that moment. Today’s choice is again something we passed by many times but never actually went in at James Place Restaurant.

We were seated promptly and been asked what we would like to order for drinks by a staff member before a server is available.

My mocha coffee with maple syrup and cinnamon without cream or milk is very delicious and hubby’s hot coffee is bottomless as expected.

Server took our order shortly after our drinks arrived and food was delivered very quickly. Despite that, we can tell everything is freshly prepared. We enjoyed every bite and had leftovers to bring home.

We loved this place and will mark it for a place we can return for brunch.

“I highly recommend Taverna 1331. We had an enjoyable evening with a large group of 11, most of which came from out of town. The owner contacted me throughout the week to confirm reservations and made suggestions to make our dining experience memorable. The food was delicious and our server, Amanda, was incredible. “Cozy, fun and so very yummy! It was my first visit to this location of ENAT. Didi took very good care to answer questions about the menu and guide myself and my friend to the wonderful choice of a platter of 5 different lentil, vegetable, beef & chicken curries. I loved using the injera bread (beneath the curries) to scoop up the food and pop the juicy goodness into my mouth! I’ll be back!“

“We picked an unusually busy evening and, as such, service was somewhat slower than normal. Service was, however, very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant featured a complementary chefs appetizer and wine tasting - a pleasant and unexpected treat - both the sparkling wine and amuse bouche were excellent. We asked for rare meat and well done veggies and both were perfect. We appreciate the value and consistency of Milestones and have made it a monthly destination choice.“

His leadership was evident in the seamless operation and the positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
​The food at Moxies was, as always, delicious. But what will bring us back again and again is the stellar team. The trio of Angus, Hailey, and Lily exemplified what truly excellent customer service is all about. They didn't just serve us a meal; they provided a truly memorable and welcoming experience for my wife's birthday.
