“It was a really nice breakfast place. It was very clean. The owner was obviously training the waitress but as there were only 2 tables at the time it take away from the service. Lots of food, big portions. We unknowingly went just before closing.“

“We went for dinner Halloween night for our anniversary. It was amazing. Out server Jordan was great! Helpful, fun to speak with. Every staff member that we had the please or interacting with was beyond wonderful. The food..there wasn’t anything we didn’t find amazing. Calamari and Korean fried chicken apps amazing. Lamb shank was so tender ..no knife needed and the meal felt like a warm hug. Depth or flavours were incredible! Husband had the tuna and loved every bite. Drinks were great! Highly recommend !“

“Enat is a nice little family run restaurant. We were greeted, i would assume to be the mom. She was very nice and friendly. We were in town for the weekend from Toronto and wanted some homey meals. We have been to many Ethiopian restaurants all over Canada, and this place would have to be top so far. The injera!!! It was so fresh- my husband couldn’t stop raving about it. The whole platter was made fresh and delicious! And i had to top it off with some Ethiopian coffee- yumm!! The only thing i would suggest is for them to turn up the heat - cus it was a bit cold. Would definitely return again and 10000% recommend to anyone visiting London.“

“I had such an amazing experience at Earls thanks to our server, Luisa. I was having a hard time choosing a steak, and she went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect one. She explained the differences so clearly, even checked in a few times to make sure everything tasted great.

Her kindness, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made my whole dining experience feel special. It’s rare to meet someone who cares that much about their guests’ experience. Earls is lucky to have her, and I hope her manager sees this because she truly deserves recognition. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!“

“I really enjoyed my experience at Milestones. We walked in and immediately received a table. The server was kind. The food came out fairly quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was especially considering the cost! It was delicious. “Spencer, who is currently in training at Jack Astor’s London South, was an amazing waiter and made our experience even better. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind to us from the moment we were seated. Spencer was attentive without being overbearing, had a great attitude, and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. For someone still in training, his professionalism, positive energy, and natural customer service skills really stood out. He treated us with respect and warmth, and it was clear he truly cares about giving guests a great experience. Spencer is doing an excellent job and is a real asset to the restaurant.“

“We visited the Wonderland Rd. Milestones Nov. 29/25 for a birthday celebration with about 25 in attendance. When the bills came a 20% tip was automatically applied without anyone's knowledge. When the credit card terminal was handed to us it immediately went to the Amount % Tip page with no explanation that a 20% tip was already added without our knowledge. It was caught at the last second so another tip was not added on on top of the 20%. This must be corrected.“

We went out for lunch to celebrate my friend receiving the life-changing news that she is cancer free after twenty years. From the moment we walked in, Kylee greeted us with warmth and genuine care, immediately asking how we were doing.

When we shared our news, she responded with such compassion and sincerity — even giving my friend a congratulatory hug. Throughout our meal, she checked in on us, and her kindness truly elevated our entire experience.

After lunch, Kylee surprised us with a complimentary dessert to help us celebrate. She then went above and beyond by coming out with a board that read “Jyl is Cancer Free!” and even announced it to the restaurant. The entire place cheered, and my friend felt so loved, acknowledged, and celebrated in a way she will never forget.

Kylee turned an already special day into a moment we will remember for the rest of our lives. Her outstanding customer service, compassion, and genuine connection prove that hospitality isn’t just about numbers — it’s about people. She is, without question, one of the best managers we have ever encountered.

“I'm new in London and wanted to eat a real burger. I called the Bungalow and ordered. The waitress who took my call was exceptional in terms of service and customer service. The burger was delicious as were the fries. I will be going back for more!“

“I highly reccomend this restaruant. The people who work here are wonderful, and go out of their way to make you feel attended to and appreciated. Mike is a wonderful cook, along with all of the cooks. He attends to my elderly mom and ensures that her meal is enjoyed and served the way she requested it. Suzanne is a very kind/caring and efficient server. She goes the extra mile to ensure your experience here is an enjoyable one. I appreciate all the cooks and servers. I also appreciate Voula, who manages the restaurant with her family. It is not easy to run a business, but they all do what they can to make your dining experience at Harry's a good one. I highly reccomend a few of the meals. French Fries are homemade, not frozen and very delicious. I don't like the french fries at many other restaurants The Spinach and Swiss Omelette is delicious, one of my favorites The Gyro Dinner with Chicken on a Skewer, rice, fries, greek salad, and a yummy Tzaki sauce I recommend. All meals are very afforadable in comparison to many other places across the city. I appreciate this very much! The restaurant is always busy for the most part, so many seem to enjoy it here. Keep up the good work!“

“Called in the evening seeking last minute reservations and the staff was very accommodating. When we arrived, our table was set and ready for us to sit immediately. The food was great; everyone left full and pleased with our choices. More than anything our server, Freedom, really made our visit incredible!
