Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Sat down quickly, waited 10 minutes for someone to help us with our orders which we ordered everything. Still waiting for our main 40 minutes later. The lack of customer service and care is appalling during our time. The staff is currently slammed of course but others arrived after and were served with food quickly.

Waited for over an hour to get our food and it still never showed up. Service wasn’t great, could barely get the waitress’s attention because of how loud the music and televisions were. Payed $70 for a few drinks and two appetizers.

Service was awful,brought daughter out for 19th birthday and server only came back once to ask if we needed another drink and 3 times to get plates. Asked for dressing it went through 3 servers then finally got it.beer was warm cause im sure they took glass out of dishwasher and poured beer in it.

We went for lunch and a drink. Couldn't have picked a better place. Quick and friendly service and the food was great with a list of Summer Chucktails!

We go here often and they never let us down. The ribs are always delicious every time. Even on the busiest of nights, the food comes out quickly and the staff works hard to give good service.

Had an amazing experience at Chucks Roadhouse Sault Ste Marie. The food was fantastic, and The service was even better. Smiley server went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. Highly Recommend!!!

Decent steak if you make the right choice.. Their Rib eye steak is good (medium well) compare to Pepper NY Steak.

I went to chucks roadhouse sault ste marie with my friends and the food was so delicious and the server muskan did a very great job she is so nice and kind. I really enjoyed alot .

It was crazy busy the afternoon when I went but still got seated quickly and had a friendly bartender serve me. The best caesar I've had in a long time!!
My food was very tasty and came out quick and hot. Drink prices are low,food prices par for the course these days. Definitely going back

Caesar had no flavor, charge extra for pickles vs. celery. Prices were good. Would like to see appetizer platter.
