Joyce, our waitress was amazing. She was very quick, pleasant and efficient. The food was delicious and well worth the money. Dill dusted wings are A+. Visiting family here so thank you for the fabulous service.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse. They are all understaffed, and I don’t know why management doesn’t care. We waited 38 minutes before anyone even took our order. Sitting there watching other tables get served while being ignored was incredibly frustrating. If you’re that understaffed or busy, at least acknowledge your customers and communicate. We ended up wasting our time instead of enjoying a meal. Definitely one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.

We waited for 15 minutes after being seated. 3 tables that came in after us were served and we didn't even get asked for a drink order. We were passed by 3 servers and not one asked if we needed anything until we got up and left. Absolutely deplorable! This was the Chuck's in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario.
