I had an amazing experience at Chung Chun, and I wanted to recognize Sargi for providing outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, Sargi was friendly, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to answer my questions, explain the menu options, and make recommendations based on my preferences.
The food was prepared perfectly and tasted fresh and delicious. What made the visit even better was Sargi's positive attitude and attention to detail. She ensured my order was correct, served everything promptly, and made sure I had a great experience throughout my visit.
It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in their work. Sargi's excellent service, professionalism, and warm personality made my visit memorable. Employees like her are a huge asset to Chung Chun and are one of the reasons customers keep coming back.

I honestly wish I could put less than one star. I ordered a large amount of food for my family and when it was delivered it wasn’t the entire order. We called the restaurant and asked what happened to the order and they said they ran out of chicken wings and will refund what we paid for. Almost two weeks later and after getting the run around many times the manager told me there was nothing they could do. No offer to give the wings they made me pay for a didn’t receive, NOTHING! Be careful ordering delivery from them because they will say it’s Ubers fault and not theirs although they are the ones and make the food and give it to the driver!! They totally ripped me off with no accountability. I will never order from here again. Beware that if they run out of food they will not tell you. They will charge you for the full order and send what they have. I am incredibly disappointed. $84 dollars for 4 Korean hot dogs! Thanks!

Stopped by Chung Chun Rice Hot Dog and really enjoyed it. I got the potato hot dog and it was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and tasted fresh. The cheese pull was amazing and the sauces added a lot of flavor. The staff were polite and the order came out pretty quickly. It’s a bit different from a regular hot dog, but in a good way. Definitely worth trying.

i went in to grab take out today, food and staff were great! but i had no idea there was no specified parking for the business. less than 2 minutes of being parked to quickly grab my food, i received a $40 parking ticket. i called and spoke to an employee and i completely understand its out of their hands, but i think the landlord or manager should look into either having parking available, or having something posted saying there was no free parking available for the business. even if i were to have went in to ask about where to park, the second i stepped foot into the building i got the ticket. i had zero chance. my $20 order quickly jumped to $60.
