Title: Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price I visited Cochin Delights (735 Wonderland Rd N, London, ON) on August 9, 2025, and dined in. I ordered the following items: • Kanthari Mandi – $16.99 • Peri Peri Mandi – $17.99 Unfortunately, the quality of the food was far below expectations. The rice in both the Kanthari Mandi and Peri Peri Mandi was undercooked. I raised this issue multiple times with the staff during the meal, but nothing was done to resolve it. The texture was hard and made it unpleasant to eat. The chicken in both mandi dishes was also disappointing—tough, lacking flavor, and not properly cooked for a dish that should be tender and juicy. Overall, it felt like neither the taste nor the preparation met basic quality standards. While the Ghee Roast Dosa and lime juice were passable, the mandi dishes, which made up the majority of the cost, were a complete letdown. For nearly $60, I expected a satisfying meal and attentive service. Sadly, both fell short. I will not be recommending the mandi dishes here to anyone, and based on this experience, I am unlikely to return.

I ordered the Butter Chicken Masala (to go) with added spices. The waitress was pleasant and very helpful. The food was plentiful and so delicious. This was the best Indian food I had in a very long time. I will definitely be a return customer. Food and service 5 out of 5 for sure.

Good food and options. Good customer service. A girl named Lekshmi was very friendly and willing to educate us since we were unaware about many dishes.

If you looking for a authentic Kerala cuisine this is the place. Dosa was surprisingly huge and nicely cooked. Also ordered Fish pollichath which was very delicious. The service is great, they suggest you good options from the menu for first timers.

DO NOT EAT HERE!
Between 6 of us there were 5 different entrees, plus rice and naan. The entrees were served, without the rice or the naan. The rice (Biryani) takes some time to cook, so why were the entrees delivered to get cold while we waited?
Two of the entrees were Beef Curry. The Beef was inedible, full of fat and gristle. We couldn't chew it and one of our party declined to offer it to her dog. One dish of Malabar Chicken consisted primarily of one large piece of chicken, bone in. Our complaints were almost ignored. The Chef, kitchen manager, had left (it was 1 o'clock in the afternoon when we were leaving). and no one else could make any adjustments. I refused to pay for the Beef (?) dishes, absolutely. No other adjustment was made or offered.

I order snacks for a new year get together( for 27$ ) . I got a random number of snacks with some burnt and some ridiculously small. Called and asked them about it just to hear back that it's the delivery app's headache. I mean why do u guys accepts these orders when you literally don't have the the means to meet it? Disappointed.

Me and my friends visited Cochin Delights today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service provided by the staff (Pavithra) was unprofessional and unwelcoming. To make matters worst, one of their Christmas special dish "Jerusalem Pothu Curry" was served cold and also the portion sizes were surprisingly small, far from what we expected for the prize. This left us dissatisfied and regretting our decision to dine here anymore. We reached there at 1:00pm and the food was served after 2:00pm.It was a "long" wait. Adding to that we have requested serving spoons but never received. While two other staff members showed some concerns for our issues but it wasn't enough to makeup for the overall poor experience.
We hope the management addresses these concerns and ensures better training for their staffs, along with improving food quality and portion size. We spend around 100 cad for this poor service. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Kindly stop doing moping while having food. How irresponsible and disgusting to see servers moping floors as closing duty while still having people on tables. If the restaurant closes at 1AM, moping should be done after that.

Generally almost all The food tastes good .Mostly the Chinese dishes are a hit.The only miss I had was the alfahm mandhi ,which tasted nothing like a mandhi and even the Mayonese which came with it was like a the one which we buy from Walmart and was not made in house which was about disappointing .Good ambiance ,plenty of space for dine in

Went there for dinner takeout. And this is for the cook(s).

The server was great. 5* for that, but
I ordered egg masala, biryani rice, and veg Korma. I mean, veg korma was literally water with spices and frozen veggies in it. I mean, come on, as a chef, how could you let this go out of the kitchen.

Egg masala was ok, and biryani rice was alright.

Will I go back there to order food? Maybe but won't be recommending anyone to go their business there. I mean, I didn't try the whole menu but was not impressed with what I got.

The pictures on the menu are deceiving. Shows 5 eggs for egg masala and got 2.

We recently visited this place on our trip to London. Name sounded good, but nothing was delightful rather it was disappointing and unsatisfying. We ordered Porotta, beef fry, fried rice, chicken and fish curries and couple of soups. Fried rice was ok and average. Porotta when it was brought to the table was ok, but it got hard and chewy after few minutes, which means they heated up frozen Porotta. Beef fry was very disappointing, very dry and hard to eat. Chicken curry was also below average.

Here service is too bad. Even if there is only one or two customers they just act up like they are too busy. It takes long time to take the order and for serving the food. I had pazhampori and beef combo, the beef was so cold. I went three times there, all these 3 times their service was too bad.
