DoughBox Wood Fired Pizza & Pasta - London

We attended this location for a second time as we very much enjoyed our first experience. Unfortunately, this time we were not so lucky. The young man who waited on us acted as though we were a major inconvenience. He acted frustrated as we browsed the menu to decide what we wanted to order. He never once asked if we had questions or there was something we could help with. We decided on an order and placed it. I order a pasta dish with penne and we ordered a pizza and dough bites. He asked for 10 mins to prepare the order. The first thing out was the pizza which was good. Then came the pasta with linguine intead of penne and then when we were nearly finished our burnt dough bites arrived. The young man seemed more preoccupied talking on his cell phone than preparing our order. The linguine alfredo was tasteless and not what was expected and the burnt dough bites. We will definitely not return which is unfortunate after such a great experience the first time.

Amazing flavor, little spice heat

I ordered several pizzas and they are all fabulous. My faves are bee stinger and twisted club. They heat up beautifully as well. Emilie made our pizzas. I will order more!

I dont want to be rude about my server and will not name them because they were nice, however I ordered pasta and it was made completely wrong and I added extra toppings that I paid for and it wasnt added. I also got a coke zero on the side, it tasted very weird and when I checked the expiration date it was for Nov 17th 2025, which Is quite annoying and disgusting. Makes me wonder what else is expired. I am just extremely disappointed, it was an expensive meal and I cant even find the contact info for the manager of the store.

The delivery drivers should be required to have a thermal bags there’s one on Amazon for ten dollars. I’ve yet to have a hot pizza from them yet. The cold pizza is delicious so I’d love to try it hot.
