East Side Mario's offers a friendly and enjoyable dining experience with good food and attentive service. The Large Canadian Pizza and Salad were delicious, and the Parmesan cheese was generously grated. The staff, including servers like Becky, Quinn, and Nikka, made sure guests felt welcomed and well cared for. Nikka did an excellent job consistently checking on the table and providing great service, which left a positive impression. The all-you-can-eat bread option was missed, but the restaurant still offers a pleasant atmosphere for good food and enjoyable company. While some food, like the calamari and pasta, was served cold or took time to arrive, the staff showed effort to improve. Overall, East Side Mario's remains a place for satisfying Italian favorites and friendly service.
